I never leave reviews… I cannot stop thinking about this though. First of all, it is SO HARD to come by simple common sense in customer service these days. I am so thankful to have witnessed common sense at men’s warehouse in Crystal lake. I was picking up my husbands suit for a wedding, and I wanted to use the $50 credit on 2 pairs of shorts that were on sale and totaled $49 and some change. Because points hit accounts the first Sunday of the month, the points were not on my husbands account yet. Thankfully the two managers (a handsome brown man, and handsome bald man) worked together to allow me to use our credit. They used COMMON SENSE and decided they could just rip part of the tag off and charge it tomorrow since it was the very next day. This saved me a 20 min trip back to the store after the points hit. Read moreWe arrived to the store and my wife was greeted by an associate and she told her that we just going to take a look, then we needed help but she was gone probably on break, there was another person that looked like the manager he is bald and had a suit, he saw that we needed help but he didn’t even bother to asked us if you we needed help? Then I approached a young gentleman because I was looking for a belt and he was very helpful from the start to the end. As we were purchasing shirts, shoes and a belt a white couple walk in and he greeted them right away and the same thing kept happening he will greet all white people. Is a shame to have an associate in your store that treat people differently base on their ethic; that is very racist. Read moreSo honestly there was a mistake with the color code matching for a group purchase that caused a headache, but these guys took care of it professionally and made up for the error and then some. Mistakes happen but how a company fixes those mistakes is what makes or breaks them. They could have let a customer walk away very disappointed but instead they fought hard until everything was made right. I was so impressed with the customer service and how well I was treated in both the original purchase and the correction, that I’m giving them the full 5 stars. Not to mention the quality of the suits is fantastic and I feel great wearing them. You can definitely shop confidently at this location and will be treated great by a very nice group of people.
