I do not recommend these guys at all for any radio or installation purposes with anything electrical related! I had my factory radio in my 2019 ram 2500 replaced with a very top of the line Alpine unit! The installer “ a younger guy” - absolutely no clue what he was doing, kept my truck all day Saturday and majority of the day Sunday with also me having to bring it back in at a later date to install an aftermarket backup camera due to the installer saying my factory one was not compatible which was very inaccurate as well as I also had to buy the aftermarket backup camera which wasn’t necessary for a few hundred dollars after paying these guys close to 3k to have it installed professionally and correctly! After everything was done, 4 charging port no longer worked, if I hit a bump in the road my radio would click on and off when plugging a charger into my cigarette charging port the radio would completely go black! After two years of dealing with this crap I finally took the urge upon myself to just put my factory radio back in! WOW WHAT A MESS- these guys had a spaghetti factory of unnecessary wires EVERYWHERE, the power cord for the radi they just barely nicked a spot in the wire wrapped it with electrical tape so I was quick to find out why my radio would go in and out with a black screen when hitting bumps.. I had the old radio out and the new one in within about an hour and EVERYTHING WORKS! Now I’m not a professional electrician by all means however I have built multiple houses as well as remodel after remodel and have some walking around sense about a few things and clearly this was done very unprofessionally Nearly 3k for an alpine radio and this is what I get It just goes back to if you want something done right you have to do it yourself, unfortunately I learned my lesson on this instance with radio shack and will not return as well as direct my local Cullman and smith lake neighbors to not do business with you folks either. Radio shack 1652 town square S W cullman Al , Absolutely one of the worst establishments I’ve done business with . My wife and I chose to support a local business instead of online shopping for our home security cameras. The sales associates were great , very knowledgeable and helpful. We purchased the cameras and they proceeded to gather of our information in the event we needed to return them . Telling us they would if for any reason they were unsatisfactory. Upon installing one of the cameras ( it was a set 4) it was not a good fit for our family , And did not preform the functions we needed. Only one camera and the NVR had been opened. With everything still in the box and receipt we tried to return them only 3 days later . The store manager was very rude and only willing to offer us half of the retail price not honoring the previous conversion we had that they would return them if deemed unsatisfactory.I now understand if this is the way radio shack conducts their transactions to the local people trying to support them that the franchise has almost gone extinct. Absolutely amazing customer service! We forgot my husband's charger for his travel wheelchair. He's pretty handy, so he figured if he had the 3 pin connecter and we could find a 24v lithium battery charger he could cobble something together.

Radio Shack had the connector. We explained to the lady what the issue was and what we were looking for. She called NARE (mobility store) for us. NARE put us in contact with Griffin Mobility and they had the charger in stock.
