Exit Strategy Escape Room — Local services in Cumberland

I went there with 4 teenagers (16 and 17) and we all had a blast! It was our first escape room so we chose a not too difficult room (level 3.5/5) : Through the looking glass! We were able to finish the “quest” (I.e. finding 7 tokens and a stop watch) with only 37s to spare!! You get 3 free clues if you get stuck… Some of the clues were “easy”, others needed a little more thought! A lot of fun trying to open all the boxes (some needed keys, some needed digital codes, some needed numerical or alphabetical codes), decoding the cypher etc. Staff was really friendly and explained what we were getting ourselves into!! We had a great time! From the get go Brandon was super helpful in scheduling our large group. We had a few people from our group arrive a little late and they were chill about it which I was very grateful for.

The rooms were a lot of fun! The puzzles ranged from very straight forward and simplistic to quite detailed and requiring close attention. Our game master was great! We did Through the Looking Glass because we had my 11 year old nephew and 4 year old son. The puzzles were more challenging than I thought they would be.
