
Zeros if it would allow! The worst salon experience of my life!! Genuinely I have never been made to feel so uncomfortable and out of control of my own hair!! Showed pic of ombre And long layers. She cut almost 6 inches off my tailbone length hair and added textures to my ends & got a foilyage.The owner is on a power trip and took complete advantage of me being venerable and clearly unhappy and upset. The comments trying to cut someone's confidence even more than it was bc experience of her business and employee. The lack of professionalism and not taking accountability for work being done poorly and wrong. Cutting the comments about me being normal and them professional stylists trying to manipulate the fact that her stylist completely disregarded the cut and color I wanted. Tried to justify it with the fact there were other photos, when I pulled the photos from my personal pinterest board. The encounter with the owner as mentioned above, got worse as I was made to feel like my experience and being upset was unrational, as she told me that she thought color and cut was beautiful and what I experienced wasn't hardly traumatic and proceeded couple mins later to threaten me with the police bc I was upset. ( mind you I was given another appt to return that day so didnt show up unannounced . I wasn't yelling, cussing or causing a scene. I was sittimg in the styling chair crying at this point and trying to plea my case to someone who didnt want to hear it and shut me and feelings down by threatening me with the police. My daughter sitting 20 ft from me didn't even hear my and owner conversation, so that tells you I wasnt making a scene and didnt need threatened!! ) I didn't ask for refund tho I had every right too!!! and only asked to get the difference of all over color back from the 193 charged. Still offering to pay for the corrected color because of your mistake! It was immediately shut down by owner ( bc she had a business to run and stylist still needed paid) not even considering the fact that my experience was so poor that my end result left me with getting my original hair color back and my hair hacked! Or the fact I like everyone else work hard and feel like I got taken complete advantage of my hard earned money. Not to mention as a single mother doing for yourself at times is already a difficult decision to make. But regretting that you should saved the money, that guilt is hard especially in the circumstances I encountered. Let me honestly say that is COMPLETELY INSULTING as if I had no idea where I went to get several services done. And was NOT pleased, not to mention overcharged. Little word of advice: A cashier/greeter/receptionist needs to be designated with the cash register and ALL of the product and services, this person needs to know that system and what you provide inside and out. As for the salon itself it's very cute. Unfortunately, it is also on two floors. I am older and those steps kill me. It is not handicap accessible. 😞 Third aspect: The beauticians need to know how to cut hair in other than a mullet and a middle part. Fourth and final aspect: The beauticians are VERY helpful and kind. I will say the vibe of the place is nice and the beauticians are EXTREMELY KIND. I just wish it lived up to my expectations. I went in with a photo of frosted tips mixed with the natural color and came out with a solid color, not frosted tips, and the color was not the color I requested. I understand it might take two visits to reach a color, but you should consult your clients and set expectations before you start a service. I left without the style or color I asked for and I was charged $200. I was also charged $60 for foils which you did not use on my hair. For that price point I expect a five star service but your employee even stated they didn’t know how to do mens hair after they started. That price is absolutely not justified for the quality of what I received and the foils incident makes me feel like the pricing was dishonest.
