Decided to give this place a shot since ya know everything deserves a chance and man I wish I could take it back. I ordered the big Buford combo and tenders combo, the food came out fast after the people who run the place yelled an order number at us multiple times, after I told them it wasn’t us, then spoke in another language afterwards, something I’m sure not very polite from the other reviews. When we did get our food we went outside because the all to small seating area was full. Tasting the burger I am immediately reminded of a Sheetz burger that I could get for 7 dollars and it would still taste better than this one. Tenders taste like Burger King nuggets that you can get 10 for $1.49, so already I’m not impressed. Then I went back in to get some ranch, something that at any other fast food chain would be 30 seconds, no problem, no charge. Nope not here. $1.06 for 2 small ranch cups and since I was holding my drink he immediately assumed I wanted a refill and without me saying anything says that they don’t do refills multiple times, I guess to make sure I understand. So there’s another thing I’m not impressed with. The staff seem to have little to no respect for customers, who are the ones who make sure that bright orange 100k hummer ev and Tesla stay in the driveway and they seem to inflate their own business with good reviews. One of the very few 5 star reviews says about how good and amazing it is but can it be trusted? I say no. As that same profile wrote a stellar review for an ice cream truck that is revealed they own, as the next review is one for the people who built it including pictures of the ice cream truck, so not impressed. Will not return. They are on the same level as...
Read moreWe’ve loved Checkers in every other town we’ve been to, so we were very much looking forward to having one in our neighborhood ever since they announced it. Yesterday we went in the early evening for the first time, and I’m sorry to say it was not a good experience in any capacity. The food was nothing like the quality we’ve had in all the others throughout the country. The driver in front of us was mocked openly by the drive thru attendant via speaker. (I lived in NYC, I can deal with attitude but there’s a line you have to draw) When it came to our turn, apparently ordering a cheeseburger with just ketchup and pickles was extremely annoying to them, and he got very rude about it. (The employees were speaking another language, speaking to each other at the window- not realizing that some of us understand enough of that language to know they’re saying rude things, and we’re not all inbred hillbillies) The app doesn’t work for pre-ordering (yet), half the deals they have on said app they told us they couldn’t give us, I could go on… but that’s the general idea. The good news is, we don’t have to worry about wasting the money or excess calories because just no. FYI— I hate Karens, I rarely complain or leave bad reviews, unless they are blatantly horrible. It takes a LOT for me to do this. This is one of...
Read moreI live less than a mile away, and when they have deals online, I walk in. The food is solid better than most fast food and I honestly don’t understand why people trash this place. The fries? They’re fine. Some folks call them dry or old, but that’s fast food for you. Expecting five-star quality from a drive-thru is just ridiculous.
Let’s be real people love to act like food critics when it comes to fast food chains, but if you’re expecting gourmet service and presentation, you're in the wrong place. And frankly, a lot of the negative reviews are clearly racially motivated. If race is your issue, take it somewhere else.
I’ve been to Burger King plenty of times, had the Whopper more times than I can count, and still left hungry. But with the triple Big Buford? I actually feel full. I’m glad this place came to our area, and it’s pathetic that people complain over nonsense.
I’ll keep going, and I couldn’t care less what the reviews say. Some of you need to get over yourselves.
PS: I'm 15 years old if I can see this it should easy for others to...
