I cannot recommend Pinstripe Garment Care in Cupertino enough, especially for those seeking professional care for luxury and high-end garments. I conducted extensive research to find a dry cleaner that could handle a Christian Dior vest for my client, and Pinstripe exceeded every expectation.

From the beginning, I worked with Kamal, the manager at this location, and her expertise and professionalism stood out immediately. She is incredibly knowledgeable about luxury garments and took every precaution to ensure the vest was handled with the utmost care. The care instructions were not in English, so I took the extra step to transcribe and translate the care tag, which I emailed to Kamal before bringing in the garment. Kamal appreciated the effort and used that information as part of her thorough review process.

Given my busy schedule, it was challenging to come in during regular hours, but Kamal went above and beyond to accommodate me. She graciously agreed to meet with me before her typical workday started to inspect the vest together. We carefully reviewed the stains and discussed the garment’s condition before she took it in for cleaning. This level of personalized service is rare and incredibly appreciated.

Kamal and her team even expedited the first round of cleaning based on my client’s time-sensitive needs, which was a testament to their dedication. When I returned later in the week to inspect the vest, there were a few areas that required additional attention due to the tough stains, but Kamal handled the situation with grace and ensured everything was addressed. By the end, the garment was restored to an impeccable condition that made my client both proud and confident in their abilities.

6/6/25 - Brought in a 1/1 Burberry Vintage fashion runway piece that of the housekeepers doused with shout spray and Kamal & her team executed removing all of the shout on this silk suede jacket. Unbelievable abilities and skill here...

DON'T GO here. I AM FURIOUS! I usually don't write a review unless it is extremely bad or it is an exceptional service. This place falls in the 1st category-extremely BAD.

I took my clothes here for dry cleaning. Not only it didn't get cleaned. It RUINED my clothes. I regret tremendously!!! The service was poor. The lady owner was rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional.

I now have a large 5 inches long 3 inches wide BLACK SPOT on one of my favorite jacket, and several water marks on the dresses and skirt. These spots were NOT THERE before I took in for dry cleaning.

I took the clothes back, the lady owner simply refuse to admit it's their doing. And, saying they cannot accept clothes after a month. This is only place I took the clothes for cleaning. I have not took them out of the dry cleaning plastic bag or wear these clothes since the cleaning. Where else could I get these black spots or water marks?

This place is dishonorable. The black spot is so big that it is impossible not to be unnoticed. Someone in this place must have done something in error to have caused a spot like this. But they are silence about it when I picked up the clothes. And, they are not willing to own up their mistake or error.

My mistake is, I trusted this place when I picked up the clothes without checking them. I grab the bag of clothes and left as I was in a hurry. Second mistake I made is, I didn't open the bag until when I needed the jacket.

It is one thing if they didn't clean it well. It is another thing if they creates more problems to my clothes and RUINING it.

They were going to charge me for another cleaning fee and no guarantee that the spots will be removed. What?!?! After they ruined my favorite clothes?

Save yourself some headache and heartache(for ruin your favorite clothes). Go...

I'm devastated by my experience with Pinstripe Garment. They completely destroyed over $600 worth of my clothes, leaving them covered in pilling and a terrible smell that I can't get rid of. I provided them with clear photos showing the damage, but their response showed very little care or concern. Instead of offering a refund or a genuine apology, they only offered me store credit. Why on earth would I ever trust them with another piece of clothing after this disaster?

Please, take your business elsewhere. I was tempted by their cheaper prices and switched from my trusted dry cleaner, but I quickly learned that you get what you pay for. The quality of service here is absolutely horrible, and their business practices are even worse. I’m heartbroken because they ruined some of my favorite tailored pieces that I can't replace. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reputable cleaner. This place isn't worth the risk. Tried contacting again for a resolve and no response. Hence my first ever...
