Terrible store, first I walk in and they male employee and the Manager (female ) were more worried about watching the game on her cell phone. I was looking for an authentic NBA or NFL jersey. And they didn’t know the difference btw replica, swing man or authentic. I tried to educate them but they had no product knowledge what so ever let along common sense. They were both very rude and sarcastic and appeared as if they just didn’t want to work. I tried to ask the manager her name she only gave me the store number and did not want to provide it btw it’s (Anna) smh the guy is only a product of her.i think they hire anyone there and careless about customer service and actually having knowledge and skills to help the guest . They need to terminate there employment and train the new staff members to have the proper skills...

Place is trash just due to the employees and especially the manager stuart. Employess dont know what they doing, every issue they have to call this incompetent manager who has no idea what customer service is, I used to have my hats shipped there...never again!! place is close to my house but i rather drive up to dolphin to get my hats and my orders. Every single time ive gone its an issue. For a simple return its an interrogation like im trying to rob the place, oh and of course they have to call...

Girl up front with all the tattoos on her arm was super rude and unprofessional. Was talking on her person cell, cussing all over the place. Then, when I wanted to exchange a hat, she was upset because I was "interrupting" her personal call. Made me not want o go there again. Would have returned all the merchandise I bought had it not been because I needed it that day!!!! Wouldnt even give this store 1 star but had no...
