Bought a product here last Sunday and by Friday went in to exchange it, i didnt use it during that time. I knew on Monday I was going to bring it back in its original packaging. Was met with a rude manager, an assumption and false information. Then, just to make sure we weren't in the wrong I called corporate. They said I was correct in thinking I could exchange or return as long as it was within 10 days of purchase (it was a leased item)
Called back up to the store to ask why I was told one thing by this manager, the receipt says another and corporate literally told us the store should be following the receipt. There was no yelling from our end, we didn't even argue at the store prior to calling corporate. While the manager was hanging up we heard her say "but we still aren't going to take it back".
To the manager: your literal job is customer service 🙄, I hate that I am even writing this review. If you weren't trained the right way then fine, we didn't fault you for that. In fact, we even told corporate on the phone that someone needs to see how these employees are being trained because it was clearly incorrect. But for you manager to say what you said while hanging up the phone, probably in front of several customers, is pretty telling of why I never see this store full...
Read moreSo we went to pick up a couch and they threw it in our van so hard it broke so we called to tell them it was a broken couch and the lady who helped us said “we can’t take back broken furniture” so we asked to speak to a manager and he was super nice about it so we went to return it and picked out a new couch and they loaded it up for us and we get all the way back home (it’s now almost 10 p.m and we have been doing this since 7 p.m) and we unload the couch ONCE AGAIN. Just to find out that they gave us two of the same pieces for a sectional and now they are closed and we need the van for work tomorrow before they open and so we need to figure out a way to get to big lots before they open return a couch get the right piece and then come all the way home and unload it walk it up 5 flights of stairs and then get to work on time. GREAT JOB BIG LOTS! Moral of the story don’t buy...
Read moreI typically don't leave reviews but this last expirience was one I thought I'd share. We ordered a couch from here and we're to get next day delivery. On the day of delivery we were informed they only had two right sides of the couch ( instead of a left and a right). Unfortunate given the man working said he double checked for us. We get a refund instead of waiting for next delivery and order a new couch. We went with next day delivery again through their 3rd party delivery service ( paying more). This whole process was a mess and long story short would not be delivered as for many other customers.
Through this whole process of getting frusturated and bad news again and again, the manager Sam, had worked with us and tried her best to give us the best solution possible. We appreciated the help during this frusturating time for...
