Got in line and yes it was close to closing time yet they took everyone else order we we were th last ones and they put on their recorder say sorry we closed 1012 pm we live in Brimfield we don't come out this way very much and we were doing what little Xmas shopping that we could after my family in Texas sent me today so after I got off work at 9pm went to Ollie's then needed to get food as I dont have time or energy to cook. Yet yr place witch back home in tx I went to alot yet here in ohio there are very few of them around. U turned me away yet could not get out of line and had to watch as the 5 cars ahead of us revived there food and you all had a recording voice to tell us no and you all did even attempt to say anything as we drove up you just looked at us like we were the ones holding your crew up from getting off. Bet you all could afford everything you family wanted for Xmas as we could barely get what kids never want to open but what they needed. So that treatment given by that location just made Xmas holiday even emotionally worse feeling as a single mother that can't afford to make her boys face smile even just with one gift each. Read moreAbout 3 weeks ago I placed a pickup order to grab quickly before I had to work for the evening. When I got home I saw that they had given me a cheese cup, but forgot the large waffle fry to go with it. I also had ordered 2 market salads but they gave me zero dressing to go with it. The dressing is what makes the salad good! I had an over $40 order and the only thing that was correct was the kids meal..I called to complain and spoke with a very unsympathetic manager who informed me that I would have to come in that evening to get a refund. I had to be at work in a few minutes and was unable to come in that day, and asked if I could come in the next morning. The manager said no! Store policy. The only thing that they could offer was to send me some coupons in the mail. It's been over 3 weeks and still no coupons .i also filled out an apparently useless customer service complaint, and never heard back from a single person yet..for the amount of money that I spend there, I am extremely upset! Be prepared to be very disappointed if they get your order wrong. Absolutely unacceptable...
Read moreI normally wouldn’t review like this but I’m upset. Benita was our cashier and she was terrible. Incredibly rude 1- did not greet us kindly. 2- Kept interrupting us and focusing on her co workers- in which she was being incredibly rude to her co worker who was just asking a question before we even started to order and at the end of our service she then yelled at a other co worker because SHE (Benita) forgot to give us our milkshake and was demanding he give it us 4- I usually get a market salad with chicken NUGGETS and always have. Well this time she made a huge deal because I forgot and asked her to change it (we hadn’t even paid yet so it shouldn’t have been an issue!) she raised her voice and after my husband and I both apologizing because I forgot to ask for her to change it she continued to carry on with “well normally people just remember to tell because that’s what they want”. Really belittling of her. I’m so upset with the service and after embarrassing us in front of other customers she still put in our order wrong and my salad did not come with...
