I waited at guest services for about 15 minutes without anyone greeting or acknowledging me. After 4 other guests continue to walk in front of me and get help, I tell an employee that I have a return. She points to the back side of the store and said “the line starts down there, you need to go around and get in line.” At which I responded that I would like to drop off the item I’m returning so that I could go make another purchase and no one would think I’ve shop lifted the item I was returning. She took the item and set it behind the counter. I told her and another team member at guest services about my experience and that I had been standing there waiting for 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging me or giving me any direction as to where to stand in line (the line you can’t see because it’s behind a wall). I’ve gone in several times to this Target only to see FAKE service dogs (pets that are untrained, approaching other people that aren’t its owners, jumping, sitting in shopping carts, you name it) while the staff encourage these situations by going up to pet and meet these dogs. This can put a person with a trained service dog at risk in SO many ways. A simple google search is all you need to be educated. I work at a different Target where there is NO tolerance for this, and I am extremely disappointed and concerned. It is ILLEGAL to fake a service dog, and you put people who need actual service dogs at risk of medical episodes because their service dog’s training can quite literally reverse because of distractions from untrained pets. Read moreI have always have a great experience at this Target location. They always have what I am looking for in stock. Two days before Christmas 2015, I ordered a TV for a Christmas gift online from Target as other stores in the area did not have any available until after the first of the year. I placed my order online to pick up in-store, it said it was in stock, received an e-mail within 10 minutes stating that the order was ready to be picked up. Printed the e-mail, as it said to do, took it with me, I went there, only live 5 minutes away, went right to the customer service desk, handed them the e-mail and it was waiting! Two days before Christmas? Such a busy time of year but they were on the ball! In and out within 5 minutes tops! Excellent customer service, always has very nice, friendly and courteous cashiers & excellent ordering online! Will continue to shop there above all...
