It started as a sunny Friday morn, which through this week has been highly anticipated. Beginning my journey to work I decided to stop for a lovely cool caffeinated beverage, a caramel macchiato. As I wait in the drive through attempting to contain my excitement I grab my wallet filled with currency I traded parts of my life for to pay for this special treat.. Once I arrive at the window I meet the friendly human and then we make the exchange, lock eyes and I thank her for her service. I dive away feeling satisfied and continue my journey when take a sip of this liquid masterpiece... The taste is harsh and dull, strong and not expected. I shake the cup vigorously hopefull this will make a difference. Find myself thinking what I did to deserve this, I look down at the label and it says Bridget "GR Vancrm" my heart drops because my name is April... Too far away from the 1st Starbucks to go back, Continuing my journey I pass another location wishing I could stop in but I would be late for work... I'm now here and keep putting he straw to my lips wishing something will be different each sip, but it's not...

I asked for extra matcha in the drinks and as I am a frequent starbucks customer I know exactly what an extra scoop tastes and looks like, which I didn’t appear to even get all the amount that is typically in a drink or the extra that I asked for.
I’d go to another location before coming here as my drink was customized per request and my the value...
