This drive-thru location is probably one of the worst I’ve ever been to. When they first opened, the service was extremely slow and they never could seem to get their act together. I decided since they were new, to give them a little time and understanding, and perhaps things may come together nicely for them. And for a while, that did seem to be the case, especially if I visited there in the morning hours and may be around noon. However, the afternoon staff is rude, horrible, and seems they could care less. Wait times can exceed over 20-30 minutes in drive-thru. Unfortunately the afternoon staff has never gotten much better. One of the guys you can’t understand over the speaker, his words are slurred and it sounds like he has marbles in his mouth. He becomes upset and angry when you ask him to repeat what he said. The Asian girl at the register, has an attitude and could care less about working quickly and in an efficient manner. She takes her time, looking at all sorts of things in the store, and is rude. Coupled with the fact that whoever designed this drive-thru, did so in a terribly inefficient way that struggles with other cars trying to navigate thru the parking lot . The way this drive-through was designed causes major traffic issues and as likely to cause someone to end up being in an accident. I will be contacting corporate as the employees were the rudest ever today and highly unprofessional. I don’t care if I have to drive 15 miles away, I will not be giving the Starbucks location a chance anymore. Or I will go inside to Kroger’s where their employees at their Starbucks are highly...
Read moreI've been coming to this specific Starbucks since the hurricane happened back in March. I've been to plenty of Starbucks throughout the years, but so far, this is one of the most welcoming and friendly environments I've ever had in a while.
Every single time I come in, I don't just receive a warm welcome, but I also receive some of the best service I've gotten in a while. I actually get a person behind the counter and not just some mindless drone who has to regurgitate the same lines on after another.
Today, as soon as I came in through the doors, I was greeted with a warm, welcoming smile for a server named Lily. I came in to order a Venti mocha cookie crumb. When the server named Kenny served me. He suggested that I could get it without coffee. I had no idea. I've been a member since 2013, and this is the first time I've been informed that I can receive my drinks, most of the time without any caffeine. The team behind the counter made my drink in a timely manner and attended me to the best of their ability. I kid you not. I drank and almost licked the cup clean because I love chocolate:) It's such a welcoming treat after working out at the gym next door. Before I left, I had some questions about the app and the manager on duty. Tanya helped me settle everything before I left. Leaving me satisfied until my next visit. I will definitely be coming back here again.
There's a Starbucks much closer to where I live, but I don't mind making the drive all the way over here if it means I get the pleasure of being treated like a human being as soon as I walk in through the doors by...

It’s easy to deem a new Starbucks as just another location. Im sure you and I are similar, have been to multiple locations and we know exactly what the experience should be. Then out of nowhere, an outlier is built. Nestled in the heart of suburbia Cypress; a new starbucks that is bucking the status quo. The owner spared no expense in ensuring complete speed, efficiency, and most importantly, comfort. From leather seating, foot rests, +50 seating areas. 2 or 4 to 8 person seating isn’t the major claim. The owner ensured in door, natural light, in sun, or under a covered area- available for any mood you may be in. Don’t be fooled, this is a Starbucks. Same great bites to eat, coffee flavors, excellent and polite service crew. This is just 3 locations in one. Literally, it’s 3x larger and 300x better than any location I have been to.
Don’t let the size confuse you about the operational efficiency. Park and leave the car running, with multiple ordering and check outs- you can be gone in minutes. If you need to study, work, meet to chat, or decompress. This location is and should be your first stop. Sorry if I sound like a late night infomercial. I usually don’t stick around as most locations don’t have the capacity. But this past weekend, my wife and enjoyed a great downtime, conversation, and comfort.
