I bought a shirt with a print on it on 01/06/2020. After wearing the shirt once and hand washing it in cold water ( on 01/10/2020) and hanging it to dry (as per the directions) the print was ruined. I understand the receipt states that worn items cannot be exchanged but this item is obviously either poor quality or defective and I think the vendor has a responsibility to rectify the issue, otherwise they are ripping off the consumer. They were unwilling to find any sort of resolution. This may seem petty but I don’t think companies should get away with ripping us off. You should be able to wear a shirt...

Not about the clothes but the service. As soon as I walked in (7:30 on the dot) they started closing the doors and turning the radio off. I asked if they were closed and they said yes. I said what time. 8pm they respond. I had 30 minutes which was more than enough time but the lady was just standing there watching me with her arms crossed, never have I felt more uncomfortable. Cutest clothes for juniors and I'm 55 and found some adorable age appropriate clothes as well. They even have a plus size juniors. Same clothes bigger sizes. Very reasonably priced.
