I always get great service here from Stacey (pedicure) and Summer (nails). Prices are good and mani-pedi combo I get includes shoulder and leg rub.They told me about using clear dipping powder with shellac on top. No more nail tips. My real nails grow and stay healthy. They'll give you wine or a great water with cut up fruit and cucumber. Update: I moved to another part of town but Summer isn't there now and there was a new owner last time I was there that sat around and looked mean. A friend recommended me this place and well I totally regret coming here . The tech for my daughter kept trying to manipulate and rush my daughter into getting what ever the tech wanted on her. I was very upset and that’s when the tech calmed down. Then started to speak in her language. My other daughter’s nail took forever and she messed up on her nails, left a lot of residue. The nails felt sticky and was oddly shaped. The lady also kept trying to rush my oldest and kept having to go back and “fix” them but basically did nothing to do so. So I’ve been to multiple nail salons in the Cypress area and was never fully satisfied with either the customer service or the service in general. In fact the last nail salon I went to because I was having a rough day and left it crying because the service was terrible. They were rough and rude. Not here. Amy took care of me and was amazing. I took off my Acrylic set and got a pedicure. She was gentle and kind. I even had a cut on my thumb and she made sure I was comfortable the whole time. This place was literally a breathe of fresh air. I won’t go anywhere else now....
