Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Texas

I would give this location a zero if I could. I placed an online order and payed for it online. When I went to pick my order up the employee was lost as to what I was asking. After telling him what I ordered twice he gave me my bag out of the freezer. Once I went to my vehicle I check my bag and 2 out of the four ice creams I ordered were wrong. I went inside and expalined to him that 2 of my ice creams were wrong. He proceeds to tell me that I was given 4 ice creams and he does not see what is wrong. I told him the 2 that I bought back in were not what I ordered and he proceed to make the ice cream which I told him you are making the ice cream that I did not order. He goes back to the bag that I bought in and ask me where are the other 2 ice creams. I told him they were my vehicle. He then told me that I need to go get the other 2 ice creams because I stole them. So I went back to my vehicle, got the ice creams and told them I want my money back. After waiting 10 minutes he tells me he has to call his GM. He calls her and she tells him to give me a piece of paper and put my name, number and last 4 of my CC and she will call me the next day for my refund. I told him NO and let me talk to the GM. He put her on the phone on face time, as she gets on face time she is dressed very inappropriate and very rude and she refused to give me my refund. I had to explain to her that there were numerous gift cards right next to me and she can give me my refund on the gift card. GM told the employee to give me a gift card with my refund. I stood there for 10 to 15 minutes waiting to pick up my online order the kid actually had the balls to tell me to confirm my pickup after looking at me 7 to 8 times not even asking me for help terrible service . hire people that have a brain and that have common sense even though the store is busy doesn't mean you make people stand there for 15 minutes and then come over and tell them what to do, terrible attitude on the kid.. call time to order was sitting in the freezer in the back so for 10 to 15 minutes I stood there waiting for him to acknowledge me just to get an order that was already made and ready you're in the wrong business kid you should sit at home and play video games and get...
