Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings — Restaurant in Cypress

Disgusted.... I came to this place about a month ago and it was horrible. 85% bread to 15% of the steak, peppers, onions, and mushrooms. They gave me a buy one get one free of any cheese steak small or regular and a free lemonade. I went to turn in my coupons and the owner, an Asian guy, without a care in the world said I don't accept these. He was the one that gave them to me. After a bit of back and forth he said I will give you the free drink but no sandwich. I asked why he could accommodate one coupon and not the other. He said I don't take this and rolled his eyes. He was the one that gave it to me in the first place and now backing out on his word. I love cheese steaks and probably would have been a life long cst if he wasn't so defensive and brash. Well for starters, I arrived on a Monday. I firstly in the drive through asked the gentleman who was old enough and seemed to be a manager “if yall had any deals going on today ?” He has me repeat the question, just to tell me “no deal” Monday and Tuesday have wings on sale, and although he failed to mention, once I got up to the front I saw the sign, and he tried to comfort me by upselling me X amount for $4 I was already paying $15, enough food and I didn’t intend to spend $20 at a fast food establishment. I love Charley's, but rhe location at N. Eldridge and Hwy 6 is terrible, needs effective management, and the employees lack a severe amount of training. I spent over $30 dollars there and the fries were the only thing done right. When I tried calling, the incorrect address and phone number were referenced on the receipt so I looked it up online and called. Had to leave a message and NEVER received a call back after countless attempts. They obviously don't care and are more interested in stealing people's money. Don't see this location lasting long at all...and with service like that I...
