They got many clothing materials for people which are trying to look for the best place for clothing gear for fashion design. Really? Yes. They got many interesting products for people that are trying to have the best outfit for their collection of their lives. They also got items that are base on material keeping for people that are looking for the things that is worth a try. For real ? Yeah, I’m I’m sure they do because I’ve been there many times before. ( Storyline ) I took a visit in the store then I saw they have many good stuff what they have. It was amazing on the products they sale is unique which is amazing. One time I saw the have many Jewelries for men and women, boys and girls too and it was a blast. I also saw snakes and candies for a while it’s quite surprising. Then I get to try man of the clothing product they have in men’s department. Their clothing gear is fantastic for the fashion design. I saw they have the fitting room that allows customers to try them out for a shot on other terms I was great to have them for the convenience. 10 minutes later, I met with the sales associate name Mike who guides me about those clothing products which is very helpful of him. The one manager Cedric is a brilliant man to be associative on customers’ assistance. It’s fantastic. No matter what you, he, she, they’re looking for, they can help people to have decent management for their savings. What? That’s right, people whichever try to look for a store that has decent materials, good collections, Dress Clothes, and so it the place where they can find it. Really? Yes, indeed. Do they have dresses for women ? No, they don’t. They have regular dresses for women but not casual dresses. However they’re 85% off. If those of you are looking for a prom dress, casual suits, or wedding products this is not the place where they have them. They only have suits for men but not wedding suits for everyone to have including party clothing’s . How do you know about this? I’ve been there, see what they have, and realize what fashion products they usually sale. Oh, really? Yeah. That’s the equally for this message. How about for kids? I expect they don’t have them. They have regular clothing’s. The children’s clothing department is located at the shoe boxes on the left of the building if you go where they have shoe boxes , you’ll see they’re clothing products for kids. How about hats? Do they sale hats? No, I expect not. They don’t sale them. The rest is plain and simple. Everything is 75% of. For real ? Yes. Oh yeah, the cash resister is located next where people make an entrances to the store. Is a glass platform that has many materials and jewelers are and the square place on the left. Worse place to try to return an item. The manager there should be working in a barn since she doesn’t have the slightest idea how to talk to a customer. Her name is Eurika. I asked her for the corporate phone # and she game me the online customer service phone # which of course they weren’t able to help me either. I sent a complaint in and the replied was “we’ll get back to you within 24 hours “. Went in to the store last week on a Thursday, sent in an email that same day, today is Wednesday and I have not heard from anyone. Bloomingdale store at the Potomac Mills mall is not that cheap to be throwing money away. I tried to return a Christmas gift with the receipt and tags on the items. The so call manager said that it was passed 90 days, but it was not. This Eurika must have flunked Math in school, because she didn’t no how to count. Anyway I guess stores are hiring people now a days with no people skills and not very smart. The stores never loose money, but they can loose sells and end up closing because horrible customer service. The day will come, you know that KARMA does not forgive. Save your money and go shop somewhere else, don’t just give your money to people that treat other people...

I went in Bloomingdale's to shop for a woman's evening dress. They had a decent selection and their prices weren't bad. What was bad was their women's fitting room and hold policy. The fitting room smelled like urine. I thought it was just the room I went in (the very first room), however when I moved to the last room, it smelled the same just not as strong. The carpets in the fitting room are in need of a deep cleaning or taken up completely. I couldn't even stomach to try on the clothes, better yet walk on that carpet. When I asked the cashier if she could hold a dress, I was told they only hold merchandise for 30 minutes. 30 minutes?! I can't even walk to the other end of the mall and back in that short time frame. I have never heard of a store hold policy with such a...
