I've never been so disappointed. This BK is always empty yet they always forget one of the items that I order. I'm never impolite & I just circle around the drive thru... again.. to let them know. It's frustrating that it ALWAYS happens. Unfortunately I cannot tell them at the window because the manager always tells me to pull up towards the front of the restaurant.
That's another thing why do I have to pull up to the front when there's literally no one behind me. I'm the only one there!
I dont ever order a lot of food, I dont understand why they always forget something.
Last time she didn't even give me my receipt! And gave me a totally different order!!!
It's a Hispanic very short hair manager that is always on the phone talking to someone. And just this morning she told me ( in a serious tone ) we do not have chicken nuggets.
I was surprised. & asked her kindly if they ran out that fast?? Then she laughed..let me order something completely different then stated she was kidding. I asked if she was ok. [ I dont think she liked that ].
BK needs new management there...
Read moreI went to the drive-thru. Workers were friendly and there wasn't too long of a wait. The food was what was expected and the order was prepared correctly. The only negative as far as I'm concerned is that I had to ask for my receipt and when I did they couldn't produce it stating that there was a problem with their machine. For most that's probably not an issue; however, I happen to think that it's good customer service to automatically give the receipt whether it's requested or not and if for some reason that cannot be done, the customer should probably be advised of that upfront and not at the end of the transaction. However the young man working the window was very polite and offered to take my phone and take a pic of the transaction as it appeared on his machine. While there was nothing particularly outstanding about my visit here, there was nothing glaringly negative either and pretty much the customer service outweighed the one negative and for this reason I will definitely go...
Read moreHORRIBLE service went through the drive thru the lady taking the order was extremely rude, had to order 2 times because when ordering for the first time she stopped and then asked me again how may i help you? Got to the window she charged me (gave me no reciept) told me to wait in the parking, waited 10 minutes for a cheese burger, tenders and another burger only for her to come with just the food and not the drink (in what mind do you not know meals bring drinks? ) When told she rolls her eyes back with attitude and talking under her breath she walks away, while shes getting the drinks i check the order and the tenders are missing, when she comes back i let her know, she walks back and through the window she checks the computer comes back tells me: You only paid $17.70 and they didn't charge you the nuggets! And walks away???...
