Fast and friendly! Update I work in mechanical heavy industry and got a new phone that is not common and needed protection as it could even be damaged in my pocket this was the only store that had a case and glass protector for my phone. I could not remember where they were and drove by because they do not have a lot of signs out front but my friend that has a business near by that first told me about it showed me where it was and thank goodness because no other stores on Harry Hines had anything for my new phone type and I could only keep phone near but not on me till I got protection as it was a expensive phone . Being a technician I can say it is a great case I got and they even put the screen protector on while I was talking to my friend and I wanted to put it on myself because I am very picky but I am glad they did it because they did a excellent job and I am so happy! O should also add I have had my most recent case from them at least two months and my cases do get ugly from chemicals and oils and this one still looks like it could be owned by a desk...

Customer Service was excellent helping resolve an issue when two Apple usb-c cables that I ordered never arrived despite an email saying that they had. Having received notification the cables had arrived, I was at the front door in 12 minutes. No package was there so I immediately contacted F R Wireless. They traced the delivery with USPS and sent a replacement. I spoke with a neighbor who informed me he thinks a package of his was stolen, so despite being at the door quickly, there is that possibility. I noticed the reorder package has F R Wireless printed on the package which might entice thieves who think there’s a phone inside. A suggestion would be to omit the word wireless to keep the package contents more discreet. I wrote a negative review originally on another site and want all to know that F R Wireless is a top notch company with competitive pricing. I will recommend purchasing from F R Wireless to all my friends...

Superb customer service. Extremely fast response. Very helpful. For some reason, I did not find what I was looking for on the site- they helped me find it. Then I mistakenly ordered the wrong item and they helped me get it taken care of w/o any issue.

I don't know who was helping me, but this I can say- they knew what was going on without asking, they knew what to do, and they got it done, and there was no wasting time. Absolutely the opposite of most customer service where 'I have to do your job for you while you get paid and make it difficult'.
