NTX POWER SPORTS — Local services in Dallas

As I’m sure most of you are thinking. A motorcycle for around 2,000 Bucks. From China no less. It must be a con job or completely junk. Well I’m here to say it’s a very good motorcycle. I originally ordered my bike from Walmart. When it arrived really fast. They ship these from Dallas Texas. I’m a near by DFW Tx resident. So my new bike arrived by lift gate truck. As they explain they come in a mostly assembled shipping metal frame. Covered in cardboard. Just like the Dealerships get them. Well it was not looking good at all. So I immediately contacted Smart Toys to let them know this. Before I finished explaining it all. To a lovely nice and ever so helpful and sweet lady ( Ava ) she was refunding my money. Got that back faster than anyone has before. Yet she mentioned I could order another one immediately directly from her. At the Dallas Power Sports Store nearby. Completely fully assembled by their staff. Can’t say what a great offer she gave to me. Everyone would want the same deal. Yet it was fantastic. And I could pick it up the next day. So I said heck yes. Went over to the Dallas location and met with a superb really nice and helpful man named Qui. Got my temporary license immediately by yet another super nice lady. They helped me load it into my pickup. So completely professional and super nice staff everywhere. Yet Ava was incredibly helpful and so very attentive to my needs. And Qui was superb in everything. The booklet and cd that came with my New Hawk 250cc EFI Dual Sport Motorcycle made final checks a breeze. And hey if your concerned that it’s a tall bike. And I’m at 5.9 height. Don’t worry I adjusted the Rear Shock/Spring Spanner nuts up most of the way in minutes. Don’t need to take a lot off to do this. It’s easy I used a flat blade screwdriver and a soft mallet for the spanner nuts. It puts my feet firmly on the ground now. Bike rides extremely well from the get go. No issues whatsoever. Starts and runs perfectly. By the way info says tank holds slightly over a gallon of gas. No it’s a 14 litter capacity or 3.698 Gallon tank. More than plenty. So I’m a big fan of this very well built and low price Motorcycle. Yet I can’t say enough about how great Ava was at every point from start to finish. Quality products none to contact after the percush.warrnty is hard to contact.noone answers the phone's who dose ansuer the listed phone on the website is rude and has no idea what he is doing and has no information for the consumer for warranty parts & labor. I have no problem ordering and paying for ther products, if you pay for ther products and have problems with the prouducts they sell ther ar noone to reach out to, the consumer is stuck with a defected product and no one to reach out to. It's my experance. I have bought two HHH brand 50cc scooters with the same eshues that makes the bricks unsafe to ride and enjoy, and I have made a nurmas of calls,left mesages,sent emals,text messages. I have been ask for help with the prouducts for 3 to 4 weakes, I have not reacved any responc back from NTX power sports and I am stuck 2.200 hundeeds worth of useless procduts. I AM SO PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY AND IT'S EMPLOYEES. I called and asked if they had a petcock and he advised yes he does and I may come and get it. Exemplary, I looked every where and this place actually had parts and was in business to sale scooter parts and bikes, ATVs, and when I asked for the additional list of items I needed, he and another team member quickly gathered all the things from connectors to a charger to a head light and brake switch and even a battery cover. I am so happy and as well I can not say enough about their manners and spirit. Very polite and excited to help me and I am so very blessed to have found these guys.
