Perfumes Stop — Local services in Dallas

I've had good experiences up until my last time. They have samples out on the floor and in front of certain bottles. I asked the owner if he has a sample of a certain cologne and was told "no. We are wholesale. This isn't retail." I completely can respect that but at the same time you want to know what you are buying and if that were the case, why do you have samples of more then 75% of the perfumes that you have. What really frustrated me more then anything was the owner then going around telling all the employees in spanish to not let me sample anything else. They sell broken perfumes and they aren't able to give good service when trying to solve the problem. The lady on the front she's the most disgusting perso to talk to.... her way of solving the problem is accusing the customer.. like really I am a loyal customer every month I go for a family member gift and at least one perfume and today was not the exception. But for real they are so unlogic they said I broke it when it came seal with plastic and the original box like how... if I had drop it it had been all broken cause Is pure glass.. not just the sprayer. When I went to get a replacement she keep spraying the perfume knowing she wasn't going to give a replacement of the same... Instead she wanted to give...

Amazing Owner that is very knowledgeable and helpful to help you choose the many Perfumes and Colognes he has available. I see people commenting complaining and I honestly can’t believe there reasons. I stopped by already knowing what the retail prices are for the Designer and Niche brands so when I chose from what he has on my list I not only saved close to $400 but I also was able to buy 5 extra Parfums I wanted in my budget. This spot is Legit and honest. If u want real Fragrance you’ll save and have a legit fragrance. If you want a doop that is clone of top names he has those too for even cheaper.
