At Home — Local services in Dallas

This was my second time in the store. Could not find a single soul to help find anything. And the checkout process was a nightmare. When I approached the checkout counter there was 1 cashier who was actively helping someone and no other people in line. I waited for the cashier to finish and when I started to walk up the cashier said “are you next or was she next” pointing to a woman behind me. I said there was no one in line when I walked up. The woman behind me then proceeded to start screaming that she had just stepped away to get a drink (not sure how I was supposed to know that). Mind you I was buying ONE item while the woman behind me had a cart full . The cashier could have completely avoided all of this confrontation by just quickly checking me out and being done with it but she started a whole entire fight over nothing. Really poor customer...

First time in this store and boy was it a Fun shopping experience! Well organized, fully stocked shelves, tons of variety. I had to ask an employee a question and he was so helpful and did not act like I was bothering him! ty for that. Tons of holiday decor items to choose from. Prices very fair. Check out experience was very good, too. Employees seem to like their job. The store is a little "dark". Aisles clear of clutter. Plenty of parking. Clean and neat store with tons of variety. If you can't find what you are looking for at this store you probably won't find it anywhere! ha Also, it is huge. I was able to get 5000 steps in!! Bathroom was immaculate! Just today my mom and I shopped the At Home in Mansfield. We bought this beautiful ceramic fish, but when we got home I broke it…My mom had absolutely loved the fish and I felt so guilty that I ordered same day delivery online. I explained that I broke the first one in the delivery instructions and a very kind worker wrote the following on my package after quadruple wrapping it up!
