I am an almost everyday customer of chick fil a since my daughter loves the grilled nuggets and the cookies shake (which I love too), and this was my first time in this location and the first time I had bad customer service experience in chick fil a. I ordered 12 ct grilled nuggets, a salad market and 2 small shakes with no whip cream but with cherries. I received fried nugget instead of grilled when I told the gentleman about this he told me: well she didn’t charge you grilled, I was like “aha”, then he said it’s gonna be $1.36 difference which I paid and then waited for the nuggets. When I received the nuggets I said: I am still missing my shakes, then received the shakes with no whip cream and no cherries then asked for the cherries to be added. My point is that it’s fine if they need to charge the difference but at no point I received a single apology for the misunderstanding or the delay or not delivering the shakes until I asked for them twice or the cherries that were forgotten. Read moreI just went to this location. I got an email that said they had a free item of your choosing. I get there and I am told, "No the manager chooses what will be and it was a sausage biscuit". I asked him what about for people that are allergic to pork? They look at me like I was crazy and said that's true that the email says any of your choosing, but here the manager decides. I was so disappointed and than I order a chiken sandwich but she didnt charge me, she said ok thats it . She said i was all set, I get to the part where they give me the bag and it only had a sausage biscuit. I said but I order a chiken sandwich. At that point I realized she didn't charge me. So I order it again. When I get the order, I left,......i got no napkins and the sandwich tested like lard, i got no condimeny, and the taste bro, it was so disgusting, I had to throw away becuase I was short on time to go back and ask for my money back. It’s disappointing to give this review, however I do feel it’s justified. Chick fil a has set a standard for quality and service that this one has fallen short of. I have eaten here many times hoping experiences would be different but to no avail.
The food regularly comes out wrong, the staff which is a little younger doesn’t seem they are happy where they work and that can very well be a manager issue. I wouldn’t know.
Many times it’s a struggle to get a table cleaned, a refill on your drink, or someone to simply reply when you say “thank you”. A lot of these times the restaurant isn’t busy either.
