Fusion Mediterranean Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Dallas

Update: I am adjusting my review rating to give them some grace because the owner reached out to me and offered to make it up to me. I will give them another chance and will update my review again later.

My 1st and last time coming to this place. I ordered the chicken kabob plate and asked to substitute the rice for fries instead. When the guy dropped off my food, he had brought out a full basket of fries and my plate still had the side of rice. I explained to him that I just wanted to sub out rice for the fries but he did nothing to correct it. When my server brings the bill, she charges me for a FULL order of fries along with my entree. When I tell her I only wanted to sub the rice out, she basically says they don't substitute and I would have to pay for the full order ($8, which added 50% more to my bill)! Well then, she should have COMMINICATED that to me in the 1st place instead of greedily upcharging me on the sly; I would have canceled my request. I worked several years as a full dining restaurant server before and I know that was not proper customer service. She ended up giving me 10% discount, but that is still not satisfactory. Despite my disappointment., I still left her a decent tip on my card. I usually try to tip 20-25% in CASH for good service. Something they should consider next time before ripping off...

Amazing taste! juicy, spicy addressing the demand for the taste lovers of modern era in the beautiful land of Dallas Taxes , USA. Visiting this restaurant once in life would be memorable for everyone and you will be remembering the taste taken in this restaurant always in your life. The credit of thanks goes to cuisine researcher Ashok Chef whose maiden efforts to give the new height in the restaurant culture and amazing concept of cuisine from his long experience in his field has been poured in this restaurant to give new taste to the customers. His dedication, passion and involvement in this sector is a new milestone. His unique concept, wonderful and creative ideas would make the taste lovers to forget their tiredness, hunger and tastelessness in food. The new taste is given to people who are not accustomed to restaurant culture and it will create new history/ dimension in restaurant industry. Mangiamo's is a little Italian restaurant tucked in the corner of 635 and Preston. We walked in and were seated right away. The first thing I noticed when I looked at the menu was that they had the staples you would come for at a typical italian joint. We ordered a large Margarita pizza (off menu item) for the 4 of us and poured ourselves a glass of wine (BYOB). The pizza was fantastic. The crust was crunchy and chewy, the sauce tasted like fresh tomatoes. The topping to cheese to sauce to crust ratio was on point (can you tell I love pizza yet?) We have been looking for a local pizza joint and I can safely say this is going to be it!

Because we got a large pizza we decided share an entree. My boyfriend and I got the Chicken Piccata. Perfect portion size and perfectly seasoned and cooked. The pasta was tossed with the lemon sauce and was not over cooked. My boyfriends Mom and Stepdad ordered the Chicken Cacciatore. The Cacciatore was some of the best I have ever had.

Over all great food, great service and great atmosphere. You can tell that this is a family restaurant and the food is cooked with love. The prices are reasonable. I will be coming...
