They are not reliable. I ordered a new Sony camera for 3400 dollars, when I picked it up around 6 pm on 06/23, I had the impression that it was an open box, I asked them to bring me another new camera instead of the one that seemed open, they said yes and soon one of the workers came with another box , very quickly they grabbed both and took them to a place behind the counters and returned with a poorly closed box, to which they placed the sticker of the code of my order as a closure, only it was the same box that they had shown me at home and they tried to trick me into believing that it was the new one and that it was closed, despite the fact that it looked bulky and poorly accommodated inside. Their only excuse seeing that I figured out what they tried to do was that they couldn't change it for the code. My husband and I asked to speak to the manager and we explained that they were trying to cheat me and the only answer we received was that the Sony camera boxes came open, they did not try to solve the problem, nor to give me a new product properly, so I canceled my order. I don't trust this place anymore, it seems like they want to sell opened or used products as new. 😤😡 No son confiables. Ordené una cámara Sony nueva de 3400 dólares, al recogerla alrededor de las 6 pm, 06/23, tuve la impresión de que era una caja abierta, les pedí traerme otra cámara nueva en lugar de esa, me dijeron que si y pronto vino uno de los trabajadores con otra caja, muy rápidamente agarraron ambas y las llevaron a un lugar tras los mostradores y regresaron con una caja mal cerrada, a la que le colocaron el sticker del código de mi orden a modo de cierre, solo que era la misma caja que me habían mostrado al inicio y trataron de engañarme haciéndome creer que era la nueva y que estaba cerrada, a pesar de que se notaba abultada y mal acomodada en el interior. Su única excusa al ver que descubrí lo que trataban de hacer fue que no podían cambiarla por el codigo. Pedimos hablar al manager mi esposo y yo y le explicamos que estaban tratando de engañarme y la única respuesta que recibimos fue que las cajas de cámaras Sony venían abiertas, no trataron de resolver el problema, ni de entregarme un producto nuevo como correspondía, así que cancele mi orden. Ya no confío en este lugar, pareciera que quieren vender productos abiertos o usados como si fuesen...

Best Buy is not what it once was. Service has fallen short, as corporate greed and red tape has constdicted the smooth workings of only a few years ago. Time for the competition to step up and challenge this niche. Not happy with the place going forward, and personally lookin to replace them...

Stay away from this store! I purchased a laptop here, only to be given the wrong one. When I tried to exchange, was lied to about pricing. Please train your salespeople properly so they understand your ridiculous labeling system. So far this has taken 8 hours out of my life and I still don't...
