Garden Inn & Suites — Hotel in Dallas

This place was a literal nightmare. It truly felt like something out of a horror movie. The room was exactly what you'd expect from a place like this.... Only much worse(⚠️ trigger warning) I went to unpack and put my clothes in the dresser and the drawers had huge clumps of hair (pubic hair)wrapped up in toilet paper , a bunch of empty baggies, and multiple soda cans that had been cut up and made to smoke drugs from. I realized I checked in maybe an hour or two prior to finding this so I immediately got my things and went to the office for a refund and of course I was refused and offered another room! You couldn't have paid me to stay anywhere in this place after what I just experienced. This place needs to be shut down then bulldozed and the people running this scam need to be investigated.

I just called and requested an electronic copy of my receipt. Adidas, the only person apparently that works there and manages the place told me I had to bring an "officer" and a copy of my ID into the hotel in order to get a copy of my receipt. They do not do it electronically, he said (everybody does). I tried to explain that if I were close enough to come in and get a receipt I probably would not have had to stay there in the first place. BTW, I did put in a request for a copy electronically 2 days ago with no response. I don't call that...

This is a nice quite and very clean place but they owners almost got they ass kicked they are very unprofessional. I good to motel on a regular because my husband is a traveling truck driver.
