Been comeing here off and on for a few years, nice people at gaurd shack. Extremely rude, disrespectful when you get to the shippers office. Shipping got pissed off when I intermittently kept pressing the buzzer at door entry till someone answerd (noone answerd) (often 5 to 10 mins wait). They respond in thier time as they see fit. Iv stood at the window for over 5 and even 10 minutes (repeatedly) without acknowledgment. Property is over stuffed with trlrs and people waiting to be lded, not garenteed to get on dock by your appointment time. Not even garenteed to be able to wait on their property for your load. Police write tickets for sitting in the street waiting to pull in. Local stores with sizable lots call the police. One truck in entry at a time.

You get an appointment with instructions to be 15 minutes ahead of your time. You are not considered checked-in unless you are inside the shipping office. Be warned, don't tarry at the gate or you'll never get checked-in.

We arrived before out appointment at 7:00 PM, and it is already 11:07 PM an we're still not loaded. Once, twice we felt the box rock, but since then no more movements. Neither is the green light lit to signal us we are good to go. No one has come out to inform us of developments.

What's up coca-cola? Time is ticking and we're stuck here waiting and losing money at your pleasure. Sure this is our first and last service visit to your company - we are not coming back!👎👎👎👎👎

Had 7am appt. Was told to drop empty go around and and my pickup trailer was being loaded. That was a lie. Was told after meeting they were gonna finish loading me and that was a lie. It is now 1030am and my trailer I hooked up to still isn't loaded. I ring bell no one answers. I was the only one here for an hour. Then a live loads how's up an hour after me and he is gone already. Now they have about 4 trucks loading live and I am still here. This place as poor management. There more worried about making straight lines with there product inside the warehouse than they are loading the merchandise into trailers and getting them out. Coca...
