This place is incredible. I took an early lunch from my office near downtown Dallas to get my wife some flowers for her birthday and see if they could be delivered quickly. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by not one, but two wonderfully friendly women. Within a minute, they knew what I needed and before I knew it one of them already had me in the back flower cooler with her to show me the flowers and to handpick the bouquet. She was delightfully easy to work with, very personable, and super nice, and within 5 minutes or so, she had me handwrite my card to my wife, got the delivery information, estimated the delivery time, and got my email and cell number to send my receipt and pics of the bouquet she was about to create for my wife - all with a genuinely caring and happy attitude, and very professional at the same time. I couldn't compliment her enough on their business and on her caring attitude and she was very gracious in accepting those compliments . 15 minutes later, the picture of the bouquet was in to me by text along with a note stating that they were on the truck and on their way! This is the place to go for flowers forevermore. You cannot go wrong visiting this establishment. Google does not have enough stars in the world to rate them. ...

This is definitely my favorite floral shop in all of Dallas! I've sent and received flowers from them many times in the past, so it was no question for me who would be doing the floral arrangements for my wedding.

I didn't have a big budget to work with, and we all know flowers consume a huge chunk of that wedding bill! I sat down with Maggie and told her how much I would be able to spend, and she came up with a plan to maximize every dollar. There wasn't a single thing my wedding was missing. I had gorgeous bouquets (including a toss), boutonnieres, corsages, flower crowns, beautiful huge arrangements for the church and reception--my guests were stunned!

Park Cities is a family owned business and treat you like you're part of the family as well! They'll go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you want so your day is as magical as you've always imagined it. I wanted to find a local Dallas business because those huge internet flower delivery shops are super unreliable as far as the quality of the flowers (especially compared to the photos online). I found Park Cities Petals and chose the Goldilocks size bouquet with Designer’s Choice Seasonal Mix arrangement - I wanted something special for my Aunt’s birthday.
