On three different occasions in the last 3 months (today being the 3rd and the 2nd just weeks ago) NOT DOOR DASH... but TROPICAL CAFE has messed up my order. Because of the incident a few weeks ago when they sent two smoothies and no wraps (2 smoothies and 2 wraps were ordered and paid for) I went above and called the store after placing my order today’s and taking to Carrie who stated she was the manager and assured me the order would be correct. I even text the door dash driver to advise the order is for 2 smoothies and 2 wraps. Well luckily today everyone was able to count and I did receive 2 smoothies and 2 wraps but the order was INCORRECT! Reading is fundamental. I placed an order for 1 Baja chicken wrap and 1 buffalo chicken wrap. The receipt in the bag even had EXACTLY what I ordered. We open the wraps and guess what? 2 buffalo chicken wraps with again a RECEIPT that shows 1 Baja chicken and 1 buffalo chicken. So I call the store back and speak to Carrie again. She was going to argue me down that the order was right. I said Carrie I stated that we received 2 wraps and 2 smoothies but the wraps were not right. She said she packed the the bags and then placed me on hold as she asked the employee who actually made the wrap what was made... she comes back to the phone and apologizes and I’m guru because again first of all you are rude to tell me what was in the bag that you didn’t physically make yourself when I’m clearly looking at the food I received. I got there about 30 minutes after I had set to pick up my order and when I got there the girl at the counter didn’t have my order and I asked her if she had it ready she said she didn’t have one for me, so I went to my car to get my phone and when I checked it showed that I had ordered there and she just stared at me. At that time other customers came in and instead of apologizing and getting my order out she went to take their order instead. I walked over and said “Excuse me, I’m sorry I’m on my lunch break, can you make my drink?” The other customer called me rude even though I was there before her and the girl still just stood there. After several minutes she made my drink doing and when she gave it to me she didn’t even say sorry. Really disappointed in the Greenville location.

Thank you for reaching out to me, I decided to call up there to see if I could speak to a manager and I ended up speaking to the employee who gave me such poor service and all she said was she had no record of my order so she didn’t have it ready. I explained to I understood that part but when I showed her the order on my phone and she neglected to right the situation and help someone else instead I’m no that was the point customer service I spoke of. Read moreI came here with my friend and we were treated disrespectfully. I am black and my friend is Indian as we walked in the girl didn’t look at us didn’t greet us. We stood there for about 5 min she didn’t ask us if we were ready to order. Another customer walked in and she welcomed him warmly even ask how he was doing and if he was picking up an order. Then her coworker came and didn’t greet us either until my friend mentioned that we were ready to order. Once the order ready, the second girl handed it to us and didn’t say a word, no thank you! I then asked their names 3 times and they ignored me. One then pointed a the other one when I said “excuse me” 4 times and then responded she said her name was Tammie and the other rude one said Emma but she took about 10 second to think about her name. Server name on the order said “Gabriella”. I felt discriminated based on our skin color. No customer should be disrespected as we were and ignored when we ask basic questions.
