My name is Tee. I booked an appointment through Booksy with Poshlife aka Posh Johnson. The appointment was scheduled on 10/26 for 1pm. I waited 40 minutes and Jaz never showed up. I asked the braider in the shop where Jaz was and she said she should be there shortly. I called her a couple of times and texted her 3 times. She never responded to my calls or texts. I called her again and found that I was blocked. I sent her a request for my prepayment to be refunded for the service since she didn't show. She declined the request. The level of professionalism is nonexistent with this stylist. I went to her in August 2021 and I had a appointment with her at 4:45pm. She didn't get started on my hair until 6pm. It was a simple quickweave and I didn't leave the salon until 9pm. Appointments are meaningless to Jaz. It is this kind of customer service and poor professionalism that makes it hard to support black stylists. The poor communication coupled with the constant tardiness makes this a no brainer. No amount of so called talent makes up for the poor service being provided. Let me say this, unless you have time to waste, do not go to Jaz. If you are trying to get a refund from her, we'll let's just say, you better be prepared to just write off the cost. Read moreDid not have a good experience...my appointment was for 3 pm I arrived at 2:20..had to pay for parking. Anyway they stylist did not get to me till sometime after 4pm...which I had to pay for parking again..now if my appointment is at 3 I need to be in your chair @ 3 & if you are running behind then communicate that as well...while I was half being serviced it was other people coming in getting their hair done while Im waiting (Wash/color) so I didn't get out the shop until around 7:30 ish..Paid over $300 if you include parking..but I wont be back. I don't like spending all day in a salon and all I wanted was a Cut,Color & Style & I really feel like I was overcharged...I dont think the stylist here are professional..one was outside smoking weed, you can smell her when she came back in the other one was eating while doing hair like dont schedule people if you need a lunch break...but whatever Im glad other people have good experiences but this is my first & last time...if I could it would be 0 stars for professionalism, time and the parking, lack of...
