Legacy Music Group — Local services in Dallas

I wanted to take the time to show Legacy Music Group some love! Before I even mention sound quality/production standard I need to commend their professionalism. These guys are very punctual and they take their work seriously. I can trust that my appointments will not be canceled or rescheduled last minute and that the audio engineers are ready to work when I arrive. I get a vibe of business and not “hey let’s all just chill and have fun” when I enter this studio. Every employee I have interacted with has been courteous, helpful, and friendly. Immediately before any alterations were made their microphone sounded worlds better than any studio I’ve ever been at. The settings they have dialed in are beautiful and inspire new ideas and creativity. I had the pleasure of working with Wayne and the mastered track came out sounding wonderful. Sitting on the couch and hearing him tweak with the different stems after the recording was finished was a very cool experience. He has extreme attention to detail and is very knowledgeable about hip-hop/rap music. Safe to say I have found a home. For anyone contemplating where they should record I would highly recommend this studio for a multitude of reasons. Thanks again guys I can’t wait for my appointment...

I'm sure this studio is great... But theres a scam in Houston trying to piggy back on them called "Music legacy recording studio"... They are a total scam, stole 1,500.00$ from me... So be careful, and DO NOT confuse "Legacy music group" with the imposter group "Music legacy recording studio"... There's no connection... But the other people are 100% a scam... I hope "Legacy music group" leaves this up, because THIS SITE comes up when you search reviews for "Music legacy recording studio" in Houston... I also believe that "Music legacy recording studio" has lifted pictures from this site, and others... As I said, THIS SITE comes up when you search "Reviews for music legacy recording studio Houston Texas"... They have NO review site of their own, they are 100% a fraud... "Music legacy recording studio" shows NO street address, and you can't find one, they never answer or return calls, they only take your money... They are in NO WAY affiliated with "Legacy music group", a legitimate business, with a solid reputation, and excellent reviews... STAY AWAY. UNPROFESSIONAL OWNER AND LAZY ENGINEER. Recorded there March 15th, 2019. I've requested a Consolidated Audio Wav file for a song I recorded with Anthony (Engineer). I still haven't received it. The sound is good and studio looks nice. THAT'S ABOUT IT. The HEAD Engineer knows about Jeff Mount and Sessionworks Studio where I'll be recording moving forward. I can't give it 2 stars because I haven't been 100% serviced in its entirety. The turn around time to give me a Consolidated Audio Wav File that I paid $170 (2 hour session) for should be 1-3 days even though I know it doesn't even take 10 mins to send over a file. I have all our emails to back my claim. Because of this I missed a submission deadline. For this reason I feel like I've experienced a disservice.

MR. MEDLOCK, YOUR ENGINEER NAMED ANTHONY did not send over the correct file March 17th. He sent the file for "UPDATE". I requested the Consolidated Audio Wav File for "ON TOP". ANTHONY KNOWS THIS, SAID HE WOULD SEND IT AND STILL HASN'T. I HAVE EVERY EMAIL THAT WAS SENT BACK AND FORTH...
