The music is amazing! Any and all music. I've been to so many yoga classes and taken teacher training... it can completely take me out of the moment/posture/class when or if I focus too much on the teacher. I know everyone is different, but for me... the music allows me to appreciate the entire flow.. the teacher, the postures, the flow, and the joy of each and every moment. I also enjoyed the candlelight. It's way too easy in Dallas (or any city) to become focused on appearance during any workout or class. Without the bright lights, it's easier to go inward, not to worry about whether your neighbor is holding standing bow longer than you or whether your hair is all out of place. Instead, you can just be. No expectations. No limits. Free, even while in the midst of strangers, even though they really aren't...

The location is very convenient for me and the parking lot has enough space for everyone. I loved the vibe and decor of the studio; it felt clean and modern. The staff was warm and welcoming upon entering the studio and very helpful as it was my first time visiting the studio. I was given a lock for a locker so I could safely store my things. Other than that, I did not use any of the amenities in the locker room but they looked clean. I had Mollie as my class instructor. She is such a sweet person and a great teacher. I loved the intention she set for the class and the sweet story that went along with it. The class itself was challenging and a nice workout. I will definitely be back for...

I was a 1st time attendee today at Core Power Yoga at Henderson and wanted to share how amazing the session was for everyone. Chad B. welcomed me so warmly, and I appreciated all the words of encouragement throughout the class. He even helped me with modifier instructions as I adjusted to the more intense workout. His upbeat demeanor and reinforcement really made a big difference in my session.

Afterwards Chad’s approach to assisting me with the memberships really sealed the deal, his customer service and sales were phenomenal. He was attentive to my needs and patience with questions make him my favorite already. It was a wonderful experience and I look forward to many more with the...
