Guy who delivered my furniture asked me what I did for work while delivering the furniture. I told him what company I worked for and he asked if they were hiring. I told him yeah sure go on their website and see if they have any job postings and apply.
A few weeks go by and this employee from the rentacenter store some how obtains my number and starts harassing me about not helping him out with getting a job with my company.
I call the store to tell them about his behavior and they do nothing. More time goes by and this rentacenter employee keeps harassing and threatening me from different phone numbers. This location, this store manager, the way they handle business is completely unprofessional and has zero knowledge of customer service. Then I paid online the first payment on Friday the lady Angie claims I paid the wrong amount and she doesnât know why I paid the amount that I paid online and states I should have paid more. The she tells me the tv I was tryna purchase was probably used and not a new one. But she could never get in touch with whoever had the tv so she couldnât tell me if it was new or not.
