Crawford Park Apartments — Local services in Dallas

I have been renting here for about 2 years now and not because i love it but because with this economy is the most affordable. It has been up and downs throughout this contract. But all i can say is dont rent here! Is nothing but tragedies after tragedies. We have had alot of shootings here.

Unfortunately, as of June 19,2023 there was a massive shooting during the night when we were all in bed and Everything felt unreal when there was 6+ bullets in my moms room itself even in her matress were she was sleeping! I have been leasing here for about 2+ years and the last year and even a month ago we have constant shootings coming from next complex. Even arguments from other tenants who get into argument. This APARTMENT has been unsafe environment specially for those who have kids! A bullet hit my daughters crib @11pm and my vehicle got a gun shot and so did the wall near my bed. I have been living at Crawford Park for almost 2 years. Since Ms. Kay has been the manager, there have been so many positive changes to the community. I feel safe with the added cameras and key fob gate entry. She is patient and listens and corrects any and all concerns.
