Taco Bell — Restaurant in Dallas

The people were arguing like they hated working there on new years eve. I ordered two beef burritos and instead gave me bean burritos. They were just arguing with each other. And they took my receipt and saw it was beef burritos and still got it wrong. I didn't notice until I got home. Was a waste of my time. Do not recommend. Came back today because it was close to home and put an online order through the app and ordered a few Baja blasts and they did not have any and I told her to take it out and she said okay. Then she told me to reverse from the window for some reason and waited a minute and told me to go forward to the window. Like what was the point of that what was did she not want me to see and I asked if I was going to get a refund for the drinks and she said yes and I never received anything but what's the point of arguing with people who have terrible work ethic and no motivation to make anything of themselves. They all looked miserable to be there. If I could I would put Zero stars. Maybe even go...

This location needs a little help.. the restaurant is beautiful but there is no order nor leadership here. I order a dragon fruit slush, and a bean and cheese burrito and a new coffee drinks. My food came 1st and I had to tell them I ordered drinks. The young lady filled up the 1st cup and slid it too me with a attitude! I noticed that my drink did not look like what I ordered.. she made my 2nd drink and I politely told her my 1st wasn't correct. She picked it up and rolled her eyes and said to another coworker. "Do we got syrup!" The coworker says go look in the back! She knew she didn't make it correctly and still gave it to me. I was so disgusted on how I was treated I left the drink and didn't get a refund! Please educate your coworkers on respect and practicing your companies core values. I dont know what happened to this place! The employees use to have good customer service, I still remember one of them, Alazae. I use to always get my food without a wait time and today was the worst... just got back with our order and my husband bit into a half frozen chalupa! I dont know how those things are prepared but the entire top half was cold and hard. I only live 2 minutes away so, I'm sure it was not because of the drive. Let me not forget to mention the drive thru system was down so they said we had to go inside which we did..so we ordered on the kiosk just so that the employees could still get the order wrong!
