We walked into the boutique and were never acknowledged on 2/9/24 at 3:30 pm until we spoke. She never asked if she could help. Was very cold. Another customer walked in and she was very friendly, asked how she could help, what she was looking for. My girlfriend and I quickly picked up on the difference in our experience. My girlfriend asked if she could search for a medium in the pant suit she tried on and she said she could check the Fort Worth location and quickly said they didn't have it so we left the store and later checked their website and saw a medium was available on line. The sales associate never searched on line and could care less if we patronized their boutique. We definitely won't return although we enjoyed the selection of clothes.
