After 11 months of going here - I’m gonna spill the tea on this place. Everyone gives recommendations and reviews businesses on their first visit as a new client. Obviously, they’re going to provide an amazing review out-of-the-gates… however, when a business gets a 2nd review after having multiple visits…, that’s when the truth is revealed. This is now my 4th or 5th time post-visit as I’m writing this review. The atmosphere - still cute and comfortable. Everyone inside is still so happy, upbeat and kind. The entire process is efficient and the checking in process is easy. The lobby is so comfortable to sit inside and the staff is still so kind and helpful with answering my questions. This is the 4th or 5th time I’ve been with Daisy over the past 11 months, and we’ve built a great connection from my visits. She always explains everything important pre and post care treatment. She still is always on the side of caution and taking everything slowly. Even though I started this cosmetic journey wanting fast results and big changes, she continued to remain professional, caring and kind while guiding me to my cosmetic goals in a safe and slow process - and for that - I’m thankful for having such an amazing nurse as Daisy and thankful that Daisy has such an amazing team of colleagues that support her and the entire flow of UPKEEP. I’ve been to some of their open house events - and honestly - if you’re thinking of going - you should. I just got out of the military and Daisy and the UPKEEP team have been nothing short of excellent. Now that I’ve done my Botox, Dysport and 2 different brands of filler enhancements over the past 11 months with Daisy & UPKEEP - I can confidently say that if you’re still reading this - call UPKEEP, book the consult, and trust them to safely and professionally help you achieve your goals. 10/10. 100%....
Read moreI am an Upkeep member and have loved all the services I have received so far (facials, microneedling, B12 shots, Botox and consults)! I want to give a huge shout out to Whitney, one of the nurse injectors. She is incredibly friendly and approachable, and makes you feel comfortable and at ease. She takes the time to listen to any concerns and educate clients on what to expect. Not a lot of injectors do this in detail. Her bedside manner is exceptional—she is caring, professional, and truly dedicated to delivering the best results. During the second week follow up, she assesses how things are settling and to determine if it was the right amount or if you should get more or less next time. I have never experienced this with other providers before, and I really appreciate it and think it’s important! I couldn't be happier with my results so far and will definitely be returning to Upkeep, Whitney and Darian (aesthetician) for future treatments. Highly recommend! My only complaints: 1) the paperwork you have to do each time- it seems repetitive compared to other med spas I’ve been to, but I guess that is their policy. 2) Upkeep sends out promos and deals via text that make me question why I am a member as I believe I don’t qualify for those deals. Read moreI have been (and NOW WAS) a loyal customer here, always showing up to every single appointment. Unfortunately, on my way to my most recent appointment, I got a flat tire driving all the way from Fort Worth. I immediately rescheduled, and still got charged the cancellation fee.
I called the office to explain , only to be told by the receptionist to email customer service. I was shocked that after being, there was ZERO leniency shown for my situation that was clearly out of my control.
When I reached out to customer service, I got the standard "it's our policy" response. After expressing my frustration and even me telling them that they lost me as a customer, I suddenly got a quick reply that someone would call me. Sierra, did call, listened to my frustration, and promised a follow-up the next day. That call never came. I tried calling the office and emailed them again, and no response.
This ENTIRE situation was handled poorly from start to finish. It's disappointing that a loyal customer who never missed an appointment couldn't be shown and understanding or respect. I hope this is a learning experience with the company because LIFE does happen tend to happen to people.
I would like to add that Daisy was a gem, she was kind and patient out of ALL THE TIMES...
