Reformation — Local services in Dallas

Wow! Yesterday I was last minute shopping for a wedding guest dress, and after spending a couple hours at the mall and leaving underwhelmed, I decided to drive over to Reformation for the first time.

My only regret is that I didn't start here! What a pleasant experience. I showed up less than an hour before closing time, and the staff was attentive as soon as I walked in. I love the feature of the touch screen where you can see the entire store's stock and what sizes they have available, and you can add them to your dressing room to try on. This process made it so quick to see whats available without going through every rack of the store. They also only place one dress of each style/color on the racks, which makes it less cluttered to browse through.

Within a couple minutes, my dressing room was ready with all of the choices I made on the touch screen. I tried on multiple silk dresses and they are beautiful quality. I think they are also very flattering. The girl (I wish I could remember her name) was always immediately available if I wanted help zipping, or with a size change. There was someone in the back room that would hear me telling her I wanted a different size and a moment later, the dress would appear before I could even close the dressing room door.

I will definitely come back for the customer service alone. The products are pricey but I think the silk dresses are worth it if you have a special occasion like a wedding or formal event. Thank you so much for assisting the impossible task of finding a dress the night...

Im going to start off by saying that I love the elegance and style of their dresses. I came into this store to exchange a dress that I had never worn, brand new, and tags still on them. This is directed more towards the company and not the people who work there but their exchange/return policy is really strict. I asked the store clerk if she would be willing to exchange the Christine dress (the one they are still selling online today) for store credit or a different dress and she couldn't do it because "it had been too long since I bought the dress". Also, I don't know if anyone else has noticed but most of these dresses only cater to a certain body type- flat chested, skinny, and tall women. It's difficult finding a dress that fits if you are big chested and curvy (like myself). To all my thicc girls out there, spend your time and money elsewhere...

I just left the knox/Henderson location and I have never felt like I was inconveniencing someone more then I did when shopping today. I love reformations clothes and have never had a poor experience but these two girls were scrolling on social media and didn’t even look up at me when I was asking about getting a different size. They had their videos playing full volume while people were shopping and didn’t pay any attention to anyone else. I left without making my purchase because I didn’t want to inconvenience them anymore. Another gal was buying multiple dresses for bridesmaids and they had no problem ignoring her.
