Everyone in this office at Express BAilbonds (except Jason in pm) is sooo very dishonest especially with my cash $$not just a small amount of $$ I gave them it was over $9000.00 cash And the bond lasted less than 6 weeks for my son being on bond here!! They are SOo fake acting like they care and even went as far as lowering my sons $400 a week pymt to $300 a week and not even 3-4 days later they go off his bond after stating they were not!!! All 3 of them in this office Nadi, Richard, and Vanessa assured us they weren’t going off my sons bond this was this past Thursday June 25th and my son was arrested in custody at Lew Sterrit because of Express going off all 5 bonds that very Sameday coming back fr his court date in Dallas Cty! Not to mention they charged me $1,000 too much wen I brought it to their attention, they insisted on putting it on end of our balance… which they didn’t even give us a chance to pay the other $10k balance after going off my sons bonds!!! I would never give them another $1 to bond anyone out even if it’s the last bond...

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY ARE RUDE AND COME WITH MANY THREATS!! THERE ARE 2 BROTHERS THAT OPERATE THE BUSINESS (CHRIS & JONATHAN)AND BOTH HAVE NO EXPERIENCE IN HANDLING BAIL BONDS AND CUSTOMERS PROFESSIONALLY. WE WERE TOLD THAT THEY WERE OPEN 24 HRS (WITH SIGN IN WINDOW AS WELL)AND THEY LEAVE THE OFFICE AROUND 9, 10PM AT THE LATEST. IT TOOK SEVERAL HOURS FOR THE PERSON TO BE RELEASED FROM JAIL, AS CHRIS MENTIONED IT WOULD. AS SOON AS WE MADE IT TO THE BONDS PLACE, WE CALLED SO PAPERWORK COULD BE FINALIZED AND WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE CLOSED AND WAS NOT RETURNING FOR THE NIGHT. THIS WAS AT 8:30PM. CHRIS THEN STARTED WITH THE THREATS SAYING HE WOULD ISSUE A WARRENT OF THE CUSTOMER DIDN'T RETURN THE NEXT DAY,BEING THAT WE WERE THE ONLY TRANSPORTATION AND DON'T LIVE IN THAT TOWN.
