Save your money. Cute concept awful execution!
My ladies and I were so excited about this outing only to be very disappointed. May 10 4:30pm tour. Issue 1 we tried to reschedule our tour to be first told via email by Camillo it would be $224.35 in addition to the $448 we paid for 3. Next, I called and Bradford said weâd have to pay 40% to just switch dates, even if we used them at a later date, wow. I reviewed the receipt and it said nothing but your funds arenât refundable. I politely asked if this was stated in their terms and conditions, that was last updated 6/24. I checked, and had a great friend look and it said nowhere rescheduling would incur added costs. I called again and spoke with Bridget whom read event rescheduling fees of 35-50% applied. I then asked her to please email it to me along with something confirming we could use the tickets at a later date. Lol, I never received an email.
Issue 2 Due to the lack of trust 2 of us make sure we are at the location stated to take the tour on the 5/10. Our 3rd person was trying hard to make it. From the time we stepped on that bus it was downhill. Our 3 person table was mis assigned, and instead of fixing the situation they continued to seat people which only made it worse. Took them 30 mins to untangle the mess then they tried to seat us at a table a family was at enjoying the vittles on the table. The said manager comes on and didnât apologize or anything and we ended up with a two person table and they tried to keep food pre-paid for. The staff was now getting hostile, and took no accountability for the mixup. It was the offices fault.
Other Issue There was no AC 75% of the tour There were no refills on the mocktails and they were hot. Restroom super small Stairs are way to steep We received hot tea shots, literally and no refills. There was no sugars for the tea and we asked several times. We were told to share one glass of ice as needed. The person with the mic mumbled the tour sites and was singing I donât know what along with music playing on the bus.
I give it a two because the finger...
Read moreDO NOT DO IT! this company is absolutely unorganized! we booked the 3pm tour for saturday 4/26. in the afternoon we got a text message saying the tour was moved to 4pm (note that they didnt ask if that time was still okay or if we wanted a refund just told us the new time). we got there at 3:45 per the instructions and a lady working it scanned in our tickets. We kept being told the bus is coming several times (not just once but multiple!) and it was just a few minutes out. we proceeded to wait outside in the heat for over an hr! there is no indoor cover/ ac while you are waiting and no bathrooms out there so be prepared. A bus did end up coming BUT of course it was not our bus. it was the bus for the tour scheduled AFTER us!!!! they let that bus board before us which made no sense at all! at 5pm we had to leave as a bus still had not showed up and we had other plans. In reading other reviews it looks like our bus didnât show up until 6pm. we were told to email for a refund. i am going to give this company the benefit of the doubt as they did issue the refund, but only after I argued the point. I would have thought they would issue the refund with no problems given the situation, but just have your arguments/proof ready. They initially had said since our tickets were scanned it showed we attended the event so no refund. So if you do go DO NOT let them scan your tickets until you are actually boarding the bus. although im sure customer service would then just try to say you didnt show up so you just cant win there. I just wish they would have just cancelled our reservation and offered the refund before we wasted our Saturday. There was absolutely no communication as to what was going on. It is a very cute concept and i wish we were able to experience it, but dont waste your money until this company gets some proper management and direction and updates their refund policy to include no refunds or cancellations unless your tour bus doesnât show up within an hr of your...

I donât regret the experienceâit was uniqueâbut overall, it felt overhyped and underwhelming.
The Good:
Punctuality: Our bus arrived on time.
Aesthetic: The setup was cute, and there were plenty of photo opportunities.
Food Variety: The offerings were solidâone tier of pastries, one tier of sandwiches, one tier of desserts, and rotating small bites like shrimp and ahi tuna.
Extras: Each guest received a small bottle of water and a glass of ârosĂ©â (Welchâs cocktail juice).
The Not-So-Great:
Boarding in the Rain: There was no covered waiting area, and we had to dash to a nearby building for cover. One kind gentleman did come out with an umbrella at the bus door to help us board, which was appreciated.
Steep Steps: The steps onto and off the bus are very steep. Definitely not heel- or short dress-friendly- ladies beware.
Tea Troubles: Tea samples were tiny and served extremely hot. No warning was given, and we saw a few children burn themselves. The bumpy ride made it even harder to handle hot drinks safely.
Lack of Tour Experience: There was zero commentary on the sights or any historical context. Aside from a single intercom announcement about keeping lids on cups, there was no engagement at all. It was basically just snacks on a moving bus.
Leaky Roof: Unfortunately, the rain led to roof leaks over several tables. Duct tape patches made it feel like a known issue that was temporarily patched.
Rough Driving: At one point, the driver slammed the brakes, causing tea to spill all over one table.
Suggestions to Improve the Experience:
Provide a covered waiting area for guests.
Offer photo assistanceâjust a quick group shot at your table would be a thoughtful touch.
Include a live tour guide or even a recorded audio guide to share highlights and history of the route.
Ensure the bus is weatherproofed properly to avoid leaks, especially with visible patchwork that detracts from...
