I had an amazing experience with Joy (or possibly Joyce?) when I came in this week. She helped me find a specific medicated product my vet recommended for my cat. She’s amazing and absolutely the only reason my review is so high because of how weird the rest of my visit was.
When she was walking me back to the register to check out my items, she tried introducing herself to me but I couldn’t hear her over the male employee at the counter talking (read: yelling) about the inventory count. She initially tried to ring me up at the first register but he rushed over and told her to use another register because he was using it. So we moved over and struggled to get through the transaction when she asked me for my phone number and email for the rewards program because we couldn’t hear each other over how loudly the male employee was discussing the item count on the register with another employee.
I totally understand needing to get stuff done at work, but I was the only customer in the store and the volume seemed absolutely unnecessary.

Read moreMy wife and I shop at this location frequently. We love the selection and prices. We don't love the assertive, borderline aggressive customer service. We always politely decline help when we first come in (we know where everything is and we know what we're going to buy). We prefer to shop with minimal interactions, but the associates at this location are quite pushy. One thing that stands out: almost every time we're there, they will ask if we're ready to check out if we're anywhere within view of the counter, regardless of our body language. Recently, my wife was looking at the endcap closest to the register (not facing the register) when someone asked if she was ready to checkout. Overall, I think there is just a lack of awareness and inexperience with retail that makes it a little uncomfortable for us. Read moreI just wanted to share the exceptional customer service i received today! It was a holiday (4th of July) and the holiday hours that were posted on Google were incorrect and I showed up before the store opened. Trying my luck, I called the store to see if anyone was there and thought maybe I could quickly buy a bag of dog food as I was on my way into work and wouldn't be able to stop back by before they closed. The woman on the phone (and in the store) was so happy and eager to go above and beyond for me today and let me in to buy a bag of food.
