My daughter loved this location! We went EVERY SINGLE DAY, to the extent that our regular barista, Reese knew my voice and would respond (drive thru) ‘ I know who this is! Come on up. ‘ before I could even complete the order. Love him! Efficient, friendly. We’d chat if it wasn’t busy. He’s leaving for a much better job, so we knew there would be new employees. Tonight sealed the deal. Go elsewhere.
It was SO bad, we went back through the drive thru (a lengthy experience) to return the drinks. I understand being new, but the attitude!!!! I had watched this female make the drinks..So slow and with absolutely no regard to the number of cars backing up. The man at the window was super ( and apologetic) as always, but she seemed unimpressed with the backlog she was creating. When the drinks finally were completed ( my daughter insisted I get something as well), I thought they’d be awesome considering the timeframe. I was wrong.
The employee had managed to screw up both drinks. We had heard the order behind us and the employee made my daughter’s drink the same way. Wrong. Mine, a seasonal drink can only be described as a cup of sludge with whipped cream. Absolutely nasty.
When we went back through, the man at the window was again awesome. The female and a male beside her gave us dirty looks. I handed over both drinks for disposal, not looking for freebies.
We went to another Starbucks for my daughter’s drink. I wanted nothing. That taste will remain with me for a lifetime.
Do a more thorough job of training and more cautious who you hire. Mistakes are accidental, attitude is...

CLAIMED THE WIFI WAS DOWN AND THERE WAS NO OTHER WAY TO LOOK UP MY ACCT.....NO MA'AM, YOU CAN DO IT MANUALLY, YOU WERE JUST EITHER LAZY OR HAVE NO CONCERN FOR THE CUSTOMERS. BAD SERVICE. WOULD NOT EVEN ALLOW ME TO PLACE ITEM ON HOLD. CALLED SEVEN STORES AROUND THE NEIGHBORHOOD, ALL SOLD OUT OF THE MERCHANDISE I WAS LOOKING FOR, BUT A FEW OF THEM SAID SHE SHOULD HAVE ENTERED MY INFO MANUALLY AND APOLOGIZED TO ME ON HER BEHALF! I REALIZE SHE MIGHT BE HAVING A BAD DAY, I UNDERSTAND. BUT TO FLAKE OUT FROM DOING HER JOB IS SAD AND LAZY. RETRAIN HER, OR LET HER GO, BECAUSE SOMEONE ELSE WOULD BE GRATEFUL FOR THER WORK. I HAVE AN AUTISTIC BROTHER EARLY 20'S LOOKING FOR WORK, HE WOULD WORK HER UNDER THE TABLE. DRINKS GOOD, FOOD OKAY, SERVICE WHACK FROM THE BLUE HAIR, THE OTHER STAFF IS TYPICALLY NICE. MY DAUGHTER AND I VISIT THIS LOCATION AT LEAST WEEKLY. :( THANKS FOR MAKING US FEEL UNWELCOMED. ALSO, TRY CALLING THEM, THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. CLAIM TO HAVE NO INTERNET CONNECTION BUT RECEIVED OUR ONLINE ORDER. ...
Read moreAlthough I’m a local, I never noticed this location before. It was my First time coming to this Starbucks and I had a great experience. I didn’t get the name of the young lady but she looked like a teen or early 20s. I got my order 8/12@8:12am reg 4 she was assigned. I went through drive thru and ordered my usual with pastries. It was taking a bit but not too long. She kept me entertained with small talk and she was super sweet and charming. I wanted to give her some due credit. Usually, this time of day it’s a rush and people at the window are doing what they need to do to get everyone moving and satisfied with their orders. Not much time for a good morning. Except this young lady was good with every customer. I was hearing her from the cars before me and I just thought it was nice. I’m sure she made someone’s day, she did for me. I’ll be coming here more often now that I noticed how much closer this is to home and for the service. Thank...
