Housing Authority of the City — Local services in Dallas

It's a beautiful place, but they treat you like children. This is supposed to be a 62 plus community but it has more people living here who are not suppose to be and the residents have no parking because of the people who are not on their lease. No activities for seniors like they said, you can't use the courtyard but on weekdays why did they put it there if you can't use it. Brand new BBQ pits but you can't use it on the weekends. Things stay broken for months etc. Nice people live here, nice apartment. But just do what you promised give us something to do craft room no crafts, game room buy your own pool sticks and balls because you can only use theirs...

This place is absolutely beautiful, state of the art! The staff are friendly and professional. Donald, Robin and Sierra, great people. 1 bdrm. is $1,051. 2 bdrm is $1,251.
