So I go in I asked for a specific vegan drink or smoothie I asked them to send the bananas and she looks at me crazy I told her I'm a diabetic and then I tell her to just only put half like a half the bananas and an extra scoop of dates she is well dates have sugar too. So I explained to her the difference between sugar and erythritol. She starts to ignore me as if she knows better than me and I'm like been around in the fitness industry before dated nothing but bodybuilders and have several nutritionists in my family and I'm just looking at her like if you're going to give me attitude about something when I try to educate you on something maybe you should know since you work in this type of company don't give me attitude. I didn't say that to her but I probably should have. I also tip them a dollar the other young lady the Latino lady was such a sweet young girl. And I do appreciate people that work in this industry. I did not appreciate the whole attitude I got just because I wanted something done different and I happen to know what I'm talking about...
Read moreOrdered online at 12:55 and was told my order would be ready at 1:06pm. Got there at 1:00pm waited to walk in until 1:10(to be safe). When I walked in I was informed that my order wasn’t ready because there was no Peanut Butter. Seeing how far behind they already were I opted to receive a refund, here’s the catch. Since I ordered online it’s a separate system. So after waiting 15min(1:25pm by now) I’m told that they “can’t find my order to refund me” even though I showed the staff my order confirmation email. So not only did I waste half my lunch waiting on something I didn’t even get, they also “weren’t able to refund me” so they’ll probably get to keep my $15 bucks. Great job Smoothie King way to keep customers happy and around.

Read moreI literally just left this location and my service was the worst ive ever experienced anywhere at any restaraunt. I was served by a young African American female who was insanely rude. Rolling her eyes at my family and myself as soon as we walked in, refused to answer my questions about the smoothies by saying "i don't know" and rolling her eyes at me. Then proceeded to mess up my order 3 times and each time she raised her voice at me. I'm currently furious. All i ordered was a slim blends peach papaya. How do you mess that up? It's insane that she still works there because the service was HORRIFIC. As someone who works in the service industry, I could not BELIEVE the quality of this service.
