Last year I bought a pair Waterford Crystal scones to be used in a historic home restoration. They said it was "professionally rewired", that was incorrect. It appears they tried to hide one crystal arm that had been broken and fixed with a copper pipe. They pictured it with all of it's prisms (we counted), only about half arrived. The "white glove treatment" was a busted box that arrived late without any packing material. Just loose and prisms were all over the place. After spending over $5K on one pair of sconces, I expect better service. My client decided to keep what we had received, as this was the only pair of Waterford sconces that we could find to replace the originals.
