The mirror arrived with a huge divet in the box, I instantly knew this mirror was damaged and it was. So they sent another mirror. Unfortunately, upon install, it turns out the first mirror has a right hing LED cord that is too short… it continues to rub up on the hinge to the point that it keeps popping off the cap. This of course, will cause damage to the cord and may be a shock hazard if it erodes the cord. I have reached out to Ferguson and they deferred me to Fresca because it’s been installed. Fresca denied my return saying the cord needs time to relax. Now this cord is too short and if it relaxes, it will only relax further on the hinge. They then deferred me to RGM Enterprises who happens to be going out of business on Dec 31st. I specifically avoided Amazon and ordered from Ferguson because I thought they would sell a product they can stand behind. I saw reviews with these nightmare situations and I thought I could trust Ferguson. But as it turns out, they are no different. I now have a $1k mirror I can’t use. Please don’t do business with Ferguson/Build.com. They do not stand by their mirrors and they do not take accountability for faulty...

Two stars for the greetings and the showroom that’s it! After that I told the receptionist I was looking for free standing bath tubs she pointed out where can I find them, no offering to call any one or anything else, I went ahead to look the very first bath tub right in front of the reception desk, a black, one and notice no, measurements, price, name where display, went back to ask the receptionist how can I get that info the answer was “ some of them have them on the sticker you will see “ but did it offer any other help. I walked around but none of the once I liked had the dimensions, there was a lady at the end of the store and I asked her how can I get information and she told me to go to the reception that they will look for someone available, at this point there was no point to go back to the first place they did not help, so I walked out and they did not even asked if I found what I was looking for …. Not impress with the Custumer service, and I don’t think I’ll come back . What a...

Exceptional experience! I will never shop at a big box retailer ever again!

I am in the midst of a remodel of a 1950s home and finding pieces reminiscent of the era all in one place is impossible - except at Ferguson. I effortlessly made an online appointment for the bathroom portion of the remodel. I arrived late but was quickly helped. Within an hour I had everything I needed and wanted at competitive prices with free shipping.

Susie was amazing! I was so impressed with her I scheduled a second appointment for other items I’d already purchased elsewhere. Her knowledge and guidance is calming in a stressful process. I am remodeling the kitchen in 2021 and will call upon her again.

My appointment was on Saturday and all my items arrived on Tuesday. My second appointment was on Tuesday and everything arrived on Wednesday. You can’t beat that!

Five stars doesn’t quantify the burden and anxiety...
