My family had a terrible experience with Michelle and The Beehive Dallas. She is a complete scam artist. She falsified our catering order, pretending to place the order through the vendor we had requested, and instead deciding to pocket our money by purchasing frozen/pre-prepared food and microwaving it on the opposite side of the venue. We were not allowed to come in early to set up the day of and that was to keep us from seeing her prep areas in various conference rooms. When we arrived, the food that was out was cold and did not look (or taste) anything like what we had ordered. We had purposely tried out our catering (at Mattito’s) to make sure our guests would have a great dining experience. We were horrified when we realized that our guests were eating frozen taquitos, canned beans, various other store bought items, and pre-cooked meats. We stumbled upon her cook set-up when we went searching for Michelle to replenish food as guests arrived. I am still in absolute confusion on how she thought she could get away with this and think we wouldn’t find out. We confronted her and she would not take ownership for her actions. Even worse is that after this, she completely ghosted us and we were forced to scramble to find food elsewhere to feed our guests. What should have been a memorable family event, celebrating my nephews 16th birthday, turned out to be a nightmare. As a small business owner myself I am extremely disappointed and discouraged to see a fellow owner deceive their patrons as Michelle did. We hope no one will ever have to experience what we did. DO NOT TRUST THE...
Read moreI beg of everyone to not book any events here with Michelle. She 100000% scammed us. We paid $4,000.00 to her to have Matitos cater our large event. When we got to the party there was definitely not the amount of food we paid for and we were missing numerous food items. When we asked Michelle about it she stated the food was on the other side of the building being kept warm which we were fine with. We asked her to replenish the food since it was almost out and she stated she would but almost 30 minutes went by and we went to look for her I found her and her helper cooking the food in the conference room in microwaves. We have photos of all the food she purchased from stores and was making herself. None of the food was catered by the restaurant. Everything was made by Michelle. Not only did she scam us but the microwave food was awful. We have all email correspondence showing what we ordered, the price we were quoted and where we agreed to everything. When confronted she was adamant that a “5 star chef” made the food which was also a lie. She tried to make a profit off of us by completely scamming us and I hope this never happens to anyone else. She continued to state she wasn’t even worried about the money anymore and she would return it but we have yet to receive our money. What she did was so wrong and it almost ruined our event. We had to go by additional food from a restaurant in the middle of our event. Not only was this just wrong morally I am pretty sure there are so many health code...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Beehive, and I must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was captivated by the beautiful atmosphere. The interior design exuded a posh and inviting ambiance.
One of the highlights of my visit to Beehive was the impressive selection of drinks available. The bar staff exhibited their expertise in mixology, crafting exquisite cocktails that were delicious. Whether you prefer classic concoctions and innovative creations, Beehive had something to satisfy every palate. They even had adorable bee names for each cocktail.
However, the true star of the show at Beehive was undoubtedly the high-quality food. The menu boasted a diverse array of options, ranging from traditional favorites to inventive twists on familiar flavors. Each plate was crafted with precision and care, and the flavors were nothing short of...
