Segway Nation Dallas — Local services in Dallas

This Segway company has very poor customer service. I spoke with the female manager on the phone to book a fun trip for my family and she was extremely rude to me. She made it very difficult to book a reservation and did not really seem to care about my business. I asked to talk to the manager and she said no that she was the manager, which I have a very hard time believing is true. She told me to cancel my purchase with Groupon for Segway Nation and repurchase through her by lying and saying I did not have a good experience to get my money back. I find that very unprofessional that I was asked to give the company a bad review by one of their own employees. Im not from Texas, but it's unfortunate good customer care can't be found everywhere. I'm very disappointed with this service, especially for the price I paid and I could not even book a reservation....

The Segway tour was the best part of our vacation so far! we loved it! Grayson and Jack made the whole tour so fun and also very educational which is what we were looking for. They had a great sense of humor and engaged with everyone. We opted for the longest tour, and it is definitely worth the $74/person. The Segway was very easy to learn how to ride, and we had never rode one before. I was so glad we did this tour! number one tourist thing to do! and I have always wanted to see the grassy knoll, and school book depository, along with thanksgiving square and the water garden place was amazing! I bought the JFK and Dallas Arts District tour for family visiting from out of town and we loved it. Our tour guide, Jerot, is extremely knowledgeable about Dallas history and made it very entertaining and educational. Jerot is also very patient when it comes to teaching someone how to drive a segway and will make sure everyone is comfortable with it before heading out on the tour. My niece and nephews really enjoyed zipping around downtown Dallas on their Segways. I will definitely sign up for another tour...
