Magnolia on Zang Two Apartments — Local services in Dallas

I recently moved from Magnolia on Zang Two Apartments, and I had a pleasant experience overall. While the property may not have had extensive amenities, there were still several positive aspects that made my stay enjoyable.

I came in yesterday and booked a tour for the next day. Today I went and when I say this place is quiet, I don’t even think I heard people walking around. I only toured the property with Ms. Shawn (which we have the same name lol so rare it’s spelled the same as well). There are no elevators, but there are only three floors. Pool is shared with a small hotel (it has like 6 rooms). No guest parking, but there is some street parking. No weird smells. Finishes are nice and all the units come with washer and dryer! Nice washer and dryer too, not the ones from 1970’s lol. Space can feel small but once I saw a video she showed me of someone who designed their space it made more sense and seemed doable. Property has like 50 units all together so it’s a super small community, which is very tempting. It’s definitely on my list for...

To the review about hearing gunshots… since moving in I’ve heard at least three. Why would anyone be popping fireworks when it’s not a holiday? I constantly hear sirens.

My move in wasn’t really smooth but, it is a nice. They offer Flex payments which is great.

Oh and the package delivery system is not thought out well. I feel they had space to do parcel lockers, give Amazon, ups, fed ex and more a code to get in automatically. That’s the only downside. It’s a frustrating process when the deliver early morning but leasing doesn’t open until 10am, I don’t work from home so hard to answer the call box and then my packages are at risk of getting stolen.

Also no elevator.
