Furniture Innovation — Local services in Daly City

Furniture Innovations is a great company to work with. After waiting a few weeks for delivery of a Luonto Nico sleeper, it arrived with a gash on one of the arms which appeared to have happened in transit. We promptly notified them of the damage and they filed a claim with the manufacturer. The manufacturer reached out about filing a claim with the freight company but communications from them was spotty. Questions were not promptly handled. The sleeper was delivered right before Thanksgiving and with the Christmas holidays looming, we were sure it would be slow going. So after the holidays we contacted the manufacturer again, who then told us they cannot give us information directly and to contact Furniture Innovations instead. We then reached out to FI and let them know the manufacturer told us we should be working with FI and they wouldn't be able to give us updates directly. FI quickly went to work and ordered the part. Apparently, the arm can be swapped out and repair could be done onsite. After a few days, we were told the part could be replaced and scheduled a time. Credit also goes to the delivery/repair team who quickly noticed the original was not the exact equivalent of the part that was sent. So a new part had to be ordered. This is where FI went beyond. Due to the time since delivery, they decided to remove the part from one of their Nico sleepers at the store, brought it over and swapped it out while they waited for the replacement. Instead of us waiting for weeks, they turned around the same day and did the repair. Although it took about 6 weeks to get this dealt with, FI stepped up to resolve the issue. Semi is amazing!!! If you are looking for high-end good quality and no lies, this is the place to go for furniture. I highly recommend this furniture store. I stayed here for over an hour plus making my decision and getting full descriptions and even was able to see the inside of how certain pieces of furniture were made from the displays and samples they have on the floor. I had a horrible experience with Ashley Furniture Colma, CA. This is a high-end luxury furniture store, and they have been in business in San Francisco for over 20 years, so that speaks volumes to their service and their products. I wanted something that was reliable, something that had a good name, and I found it for $2999 plus $160 delivery fee. And it's American made, . . all wood 🪵 , firm, custom-made sectional Chaise. I can't wait for it to be delivered this week. I know I'm going to be a very happy camper. The display one was amazing, and I fell in love with it instantly. If you are looking for good quality and an honest furniture company this is the place!!! My experience in shopping at Furniture Innovation is one that is unmatchable. Having flown in a day prior for a specific event, we literally had a list 15 places to connect with and this being the first.

First the pricing and inventory at furniture innovation greatly exceeded my expectations. Second the level of quality in the furniture is far beyond what I would assume and similar to that of what you would expect from a higher end furniture brand. Third and most important was the level customer service the team exhibited. From the time we entered the store to the time that we left the area, yes the area, we were given the upmost respect and support from this store/staff.

As a person who lived in multiple states and has purchased furniture at various pricing levels this is easily the most pleasant shopping experience I have ever had. That statement extends to shopping for other items and not just furniture. I will/ would recommend this store everyone looking for furniture.
